All five of them finished eating a splendid meal and as they were about to exit the place, Chuuya realized something. "Ane-san." he called to where Kouyou hummed a question while holding eye contact.

"We can't...really return to the Port Mafia with a child, right?" he asked for assurance.

She replied, "Mhm, indeed. Also, did you forget that our base has been filled with brainwashed ability users?"

"Ah...yes that too."

"Wait, is that true?" you butted in their conversation, wanting to know the answer.

Chuuya answered as he scratched the back of his head, "Well, we weren't expecting the enemy to target us. It just happened and we didn't prepare, so it's pretty much a catastrophe back at our base."

"So, where do you plan on staying with the child?" Dazai questioned with a provoking tone to the ginger.

Chuuya crossed his arms, replying to his question, "As far as I can remember, the boss owns a private inn for us executives to stay for some occasions. Shouldn't you have a knowledge of that, Dazai?"

"Hmp, I deliberately deleted that information in my brain since I don't want to be involved with the Port Mafia anymore." he said with a grin on his face while glaring down at Chuuya.

As the two were arguing, Aya came to talk to you, grasping your warm free hand to get your attention. "Miss, what's your name?"

"My name's Y/n." you answered, making the conversation as short as possible.

Aya smiled with pureness, replying back, "That's a pretty name! Are you gonna stay with him or are you gonna leave now?"

"Huh? Uhm...I don't know. I still have to ask my partner over there." you answered, pointing at Dazai right after you spoke.

"Partner? So you're not together with Mr. Fancy Hat?" she asked a foolish question that made your face form an unpleasant expression.

"No..."

"EH. You're not?"

You turned away from the child to avoid the conversation and to be left alone but she won't stop bugging you. Soon, she gave up and ran behind Chuuya's leg, pausing his absurd argument with a fellow someone.

"Hm? What's the matter, Aya?" Chuuya asked, looking at the child with concern.

"N-Nothing...I just want company. I hate feeling lonely." she said in an upset tone. Your eyes secretly laid on the poor kid, slowly feeling guilty about your spontaneous actions.

Chuuya showed a light smile to her as he placed the cloak on top of Aya's shoulders, responding, "You won't be feeling lonely anymore since we're here."

Aya abruptly hugged him. His eyes widened from the unexpected moment with the kid. It wasn't something he usually receives so it pierced his heart, bleeding from the inside.

Dazai showed an adoring gaze to the man he used to stand next with. He understands Chuuya more than anyone else and witnessing him almost about to break into pieces made him sort of sentimental.

Before the day ended, Kouyou made an arrangement for the "housekeeper" to let them stay at the private inn Chuuya mentioned earlier. It wasn't much of a walk as the inn was a little bit out from the buzzing sound of the city.
