Y/n will save me in any timeline, huh. It's a miracle for this to happen. Who would have thought that an enemy of the organization will say such a thing? How amusing this little detective lady is.

"Are you feeling alright now? Hello, earth to Chuuya?" you waved your hand fast in front of his eyes, trying to grab his attention from zoning out.

"Wha- Ouch!" Chuuya groaned as the child ran and hugged him tightly where his wound is healing.

"Papa!" Aya cried as loud as she could while Chuuya resisted the intense pain he's feeling as she didn't let go. You could only watch and relate to his pain as if it's yours.

"I'm sorry! I let myself be brainwashed by the enemy and hurt you! I'm really sorry, papa!"

"I-It's fine, A-Aya! Really..! Now, please let go..." Chuuya stumbled on his words with his one eye closed as he attempted to remove the girl's slim arms.

Soon enough, Aya did what he said, wiping her tears away underneath her shirt. "I hope you'll feel better, papa."

"I will! Don't worry too much about me." Chuuya lightly lifted his cheeks while patting Aya's head.

Chuuya then pointed at you, whispering to the child's ear, "Listen here, Aya. Mama has something to say to you. Maybe an apology?"

Aya then looked at you and you were just there sitting with a confused gaze on both the injured man and the innocent child. Chuuya nodded his head as if he's signaling you to say something.

You came to realize that it was about that one issue you couldn't process in your head for days. Aya has always been nice to you while you were displaying the complete opposite to her. It's time to give her back what she deserves.

You turned your head elsewhere, looking somewhere down on the floor with a saddened hint on both of your crystal-like eyes. "Aya...I'm sorry. For everything."

You continued, now staring at her with your pupils mildly shaking, "It was hard for me to adjust to this overwhelming feeling with the sudden changes going through me that it didn't give me much time to process my emotions. That's why I have been rough towards you."

"I'm sorry..." you slowly said before turning your back against the two. You were expecting something bad but what the child did was to hug you from the back, feeling her warm palms around your stomach.

Soon, the injured man joined in the expression of affection as he hugged you from the back as well. It made your beating heart flutter with the unexpected result of your venting genuine emotions.

You just bowed your head, your hair covering most of your facial expression, with a choking voice as you mumbled, "Thank you for understanding."

Later in the afternoon, you decided to follow Aya as she requested to visit the graveyard one more time, now being on guard with the duty and hold full responsibility to the child.

"Why did you want to come here again?" you asked as you moved your feet, blindly following from behind.

"Just visiting someone!" she answered with joy in her voice.

You continued on with your questions before reaching a gravestone, asking, "Is this certain someone very close to you?"

Her tracks paused. The child then pointed at a gravestone, saying with a faint smile, "Here lies my original mama."
