"Quickly everyone, take one of these and drink it."
"What is it exactly?" George asked, looking down at the bottle.
"Felix Felis, now drink up!" Astra snapped as she ran around the hall trying to give everyone one. Some students had already left the hall, and she would have to run to catch them.
"Astra McKenna, you are a genius!" Ron laughed, downing his.
"So they tell me," she shrugged, passing one to the rest of the Weasley clan.
"You've been busy while I was away," Harry smiled.
"Well, you see, my Potions partner was off hunting for bits of old Riddles' soul, so I had to keep myself occupied. Took me all year to make enough stash."
Harry kissed her forehead. "I am so glad you are safe, Jo." She almost laughed at the use of her nickname.
"Yeah, but if you leave me alone again to comfort your girlfriend, I will kick you in the balls....repeatedly, Teddy." She smirked. She had missed Harry more than she could explain.
She handed Dean and her best friend Maddi boxes, which she pulled out of her little cross-body bag. "You get everyone in here. I am going to find those who have already left."
"Please be careful!" Maddi almost cried in fear.
"Of course, I will. You too. Dean, you keep my girl safe!" She warned, and he nodded, taking boxes off her and passing them out to everyone and anyone.
Astra took off out of the Great Hall. At first, she marched up to the first and second floors, giving bottles out left, right, and centre. She even managed to convince George to take a box and head off to the seventh floor as he was looking for Fred.
Astra then headed back down the stairs and headed for the dungeons. Filch had just taken the Slytherins down to lock them all in the cells. Like sitting ducks.
And Astra was about to break them all free.
She hunched behind a wall and watched as Filch took all their wands and set them in a bucket before closing the door. That was when Astra threw down a stash of Instant Darkness Powder. Filch had no idea what was happening as Astra snuck up on him and shoved him into a broom closet, locking it behind her.
As the dust and powder settled, everyone behind bars looked to see who their rescuer was. No one expected to see a Gryffindor.
"Sorry," Astra called to Filch, who was banging on the door. She slipped a vial under the frame. "Drink this. It's Liquid Luck!" She turned to the group. "Em...hi." She smiled nervously.
"Well, hi yourself," one guy, Blaise Zabini, replied, smirking at her.
"I have vials for you all," she said. "It's Felix Felisis. It's to keep you all safe." Most of the students just stared at her. "Let me get you all out of there," she said. "Eh... you might want to step back."
The group at the front did as they were told, taking two large steps back. Astra raised her wand. "Bombarda!" She called out. The door exploded, flying off its hinges, but no one dared move. In fact, everyone was looking to their left, where Draco Malfoy was standing, watching in disbelief as a Gryffindor rescued his classmates.
"Ok, everyone needs to get out of there." She grabbed the bucket and handed it to Draco, who looked a little confused but caught on and stood next to her, holding it out. "Sorry, but I have no idea whose wand is who, so you may have to fish for yours. And please take one of these as you go. It's to keep you safe." She reached into her bag, pulling out vials.
No one moved. Except for Blaise, who came forward and took a vial. "And you're sure you haven't filled these with poison?" He asked, taking two off her. She rolled her eyes and took one back, uncorking it and downing it.
