"She is just a young girl," Astra said looking towards the Minister. "She was blinded by love. She honestly believes that he had no intentions to hurt me. She was given Truth Telling Serum, everything she has said is the truth. She never wanted the Dark
Lord to come back and she honestly believed she was doing the right thing."

"But sweetheart, she helped him attack you," Esmerelda said.

"But we all do stupid things for love. She does not believe he is evil. Besides she didn't do anything illegal." Astra said now pleading.

"Why are you helping her?" An Auror asked shocked.

"Because she is fifteen years old! She is too young to have full knowledge of her actions." Astra said.

"She is just a kid. Please don't hurt her." Pansy begged.

"You cannot take her to Azkaban," Astra said. "She didn't try to hurt anyone else and she did not have any plans to resurrect the Dark Lord. you heard her say that she would go to the Ministry if he tried anything. They only one she was after was me and I not want to press any charges against her. You can't do anything if I don't want to press charges."

The Auror next to her huffed. Kinsgley pinched his nose. "She needs to be punished some way."

"She can be punished at school," McGonagall said. "She will serve detention once a week for the rest of the school year. And her trips to Hogsmeade will be revoked."

"That's it?" An Auror snapped. "She helped him to attack this young girl and planned to kidnap her...or the Weasley girl -"

"But she didn't do it," Pansy said.

Theo didn't know what to say. He had expected to be calling for a lawyer right now, not figuring out detentions. And he had shouted at Astra and hit her.

"Ok, well we need to get this creep back to the Ministry before he wakes up." The Auror who pretended to be Elizabeth said. "Astra we may need you to come for questioning."

"Do I go now?" Astra asked.

"It would be best if you did, yes," Kingsley said turning to Snape. "I assume you are coming?"

"You assume correctly!" Snape nodded.

"Us too," Sirius said pulling Draco to his side who nodded in agreement.

"The little girl needs to go with us. Does she have parents?" Kingsley asked Theo who nodded.

"My father is in Azkaban. My mother is at home however, you can contact her. Can I go with her?" he asked.

"May be wise. She can't be left on her own. She is underage." Kingsley said. "You boy's head off and the rest of us will be with you shortly."

The men marched off out of the room and presumably to the gates to Apparate.

"I may go and fill Remus in," Andromeda said hugging the kids goodbye.

"I will help you," Narcissa smiled. Andromeda raised her eyebrow. "Ok, so I am going to cuddle Teddy, leave me be." She hugged and kissed Draco and Astra goodbye. "You two better write to me," she warned. "I am glad this is over and you are safe. And I will see you at Christmas."

The ladies left and the Weasley's, Harry and Hermione headed off to say goodbye in private with Maddi, her mother and a horrified looking Blaise being pulled along.

"Pansy I will see you when I get back," Theo said coldly, as Pansy sniffed, a tear escaping and opened the door to leave. Astra ran at her friend and pulled her into a hug.

"Everything will be fine," Astra said softly. "Go and cuddle Atlas for a while until we get back. I will talk some sense into him." Pansy nodded and headed off sadly. Astra turned to those left in the room, Elizabeth still crying. "Are we going?
