You woke up to the feeling of something wet on your shoulder. You reached out to push Ace's head away, he often drooled while sleeping. Instead your hand was met with nothing and landed onto the wet sheet next to you.
You cracked your eyes open and looked down at what your hand was touching. Your eyes widend as you saw that the sheets were soaked I'm blood. You quickly pulled your hand back and stared around the room.
The lights were off, but you could make out a trail of blood leading to the closed bedroom door. Ace was no where to be spotted. You didn't want to do it, but you did your best to stay quiet as you crawled over the blood stained bed. Once you were at the edge of the bed you gently stepped off, you kept peaking over at the door as you searched for your's or Ace's phone so you could call for help.
You hurriedly searched through your clothes on the ground, finding no phones. Panic started to work its way through your body when you noticed the light turn on in the other room from the crack under the door. Heavy footsteps started making their way towards the door. You looked around the room, looking for some place to hide.
You managed to wedge yourself in between the space between Ace's dresser ond bed before the door opened. Whoever came in let out a deep groan as they looked around the room. They walked further into the room, stopping just before the bed.
"My love, where are you?" The person called out. They angrily kicked the bed when you didn't respond. "Oh, there you are."
You were suddenly pulled out from your hiding spot and thrown onto the bed. You tried kicking your attacker away, but they were faster and quickly moved to sit on your stomach. Their hands wrapped around your neck and started applying pressure. With their hands around your neck and weight on top of you, you soon found yourself running out of air.
"You thought you could hide from me." The person chuckled and leaned in closer to your face. You couldn't make out any of their facial features in the dark. You gasped for air and clawed at their hands.
"I always know where you are, my love. I know everything about you." They applied more pressure to your neck. Your vision started to get blurry as you continued to claw at their hands and pound your fist against their chest. They just whipped their head back and let out a sinister laugh.
You stopped hitting them as you felt yourself getting weaker, black spots showing up in the corners of your eyes.
"(Y/N)! Wake up! (Y/N)!" You felt someone shaking you. You opened your bleary eyes to see Ace leaning over you, a look of worry on his face. You immediately shot up, your arms wrapping around his shoulders and pulling him close to yourself.
"You're alright." You sniffled. Your hands roaming down his back and up to his hair to make sure he was really there.
"Yeah, I'm fine. What about you? That seemed like a nasty dream." Ace wiped away the tears on your face. He held you closer to himself as he felt you trembling.
"It was terrible. You were gone and there was blood was everywhere. The stalker came... but, you were gone." You sobbed. You were scared when the stalker came into the room, but you were more frightened at the thought of Ace being dead. You were relieved it was a dream.
"I'm not going anywhere. I know not telling to worry is cliche in this situation. But you don't gotta worry." Ace pecked you on the forehead, he rubbed gentle circles along your hip.
"But-"
"No, buts. Unless it's me playing with yours." Ace playfully pinched your butt. You giggled, leaning your head against his chest you listened to his steady heart beat. It soothed you hearing his heart beating calmly. He held you tightly until he felt you relax some more. "I want to keep cuddling you, but we promised to meet your dad at 1:30 p.m. and it's already past noon."
