"Hello? (Y/N)? Are you there?" Detective Smoker shouted over the phone.
You couldn't think of a proper response as you stared at Apoo. It had struck you as odd when you would see him around campus, if Hawkins was your stalker than Apoo should have been killed some time ago. Than again the notes he left behind didn't make you think of him at all.
Apoo took a step forward, you tried stepping back, but you hit the edge of your bed. His gaze traveled from your face down to the phone you held in your hand. You decided to say something, anything to let the detective know you were in danger.
"Help." You barely got the word out before Apoo rushed towards you. You swung your desk lamp at him, landing a hit on his jaw, but he barely seemed to noticed as grabbed your wrist. Twisting at an uncomfortable angle, forcing you to drop the lamp. Before he could get a hold of your phone, you shouted one last thing out. "Apoo."
Apoo didn't seem bothered by this and whacked your phone out of your hand before stomping on it. "Now why would you do a thing like that, my dear?" He gave you a smile although his smile was anything but kind and his eyes held a dark glint to them.
You didn't reply and instead used your free hand to take a swing at him. Your fist hit him square in the nose, he let out a grunt of pain, but didn't let go of your other wrist, instead he held on tighter. It hurt as you had, had the cast taken of the day before, you could feel your bones rub uncomfortably against each other. It was probably broken again. You let out a pained gasp, but didn't let this stop you. You kicked Apoo hard in the shin and this time he let go of your wrist as he bent over in pain.
You quickly took this opportunity to move around him and dash out of your room. You screamed and knocked stuff over along the way. Hoping someone from the surrounding dorms would hear. Just as you were about to reach the door you felt a hard tug on your hair causing you to stumble backwards.
You reached back, scratching at Apoo's hand. "Let me go!""I need you to be quiet for a second my dear." You felt a sharp jab in your neck and everything went black.

"(Y/N)!" Ace burst through your dorm door. He took noticed of the stuff knocked over and rushed over to your room. All he found was your phone smashed on the ground. "Dammit!"
He had been across campus when he got your text. He had a bit of a hard time explaining the situation to the 911 operator as he ran to your dorm. He was hoping he would have gotten to you on time. A quiet sob left him as he prayed you were alright.
A noise from outside your dorm caught his attention, he peaked out your door just as detective Smoker came in followed by two other cops, all of them with their guns in hand. When Smoker noticed Ace he instructed the other two cops to put their weapons away.
"I'm guessing we just missed her." Smoker said as he glanced around the dorm.
"Yeah." Ace mumbled back. You couldn't be far, he had gotten your text not even ten minutes ago. "I'm gonna find her."
"Hold on." Smoker grabbed Ace by the arm, stopping him from leaving. "This person is dangerous, they've avoided police capture so far. Even set Hawkins up somehow to take the fall for everything. I can't have you running around willy-nilly."
"I can't just do nothing." Ace shook Smoker's hand off, but didn't make a move to leave. Not yet at least.
"You can help by calling (Y/N)'s dad and letting him know what happened." Smoker told more like ordered Ace. The detective turned to the other two cops in the room. "You two call in backup and start searching the building and surrounding area."
While Ace wanted to go looking for you, he listened to the detective and pulled out his phone. He found your dad's number and hit the call button. Your dad picked up after a few rings.
