It's been an hour since Easton had ran away from Akihiro and Justin's sight, not feeling the urge or mood to visit any of them.

Everyone had gone to do their own thing after what had happened earlier, waiting for Monokuma's next terrifying move.

He had went anywhere that wasn't where anybody was located or nearly present in.

Easier said than done.

Disappointment struck him as he entered the kitchen, seeing 4 people that were present.

Due to having this new found information that the fridge gets restocked every week, he figured that he would try to grab a snack to cool his nerves off.

Instead, he found that others had the same goal in mind.

"Hey! Hey! Hey! Hi there Miles!," Peter greeted him, his arm slung around Easton's neck.

Although things didn't go as well as planned, he managed to find the energy to keep up a friendly demeanor with everybody.

"Hi Peter. Oh, um, you got a little something on your cheek..," Easton pointed out helpfully, noticing a few crumbs on Peter's face.

"Peter. Manners for God's sake," Hunter scolded him like a mother scolding her child.

"Sorry. It's just these cookies are soooo good..," Peter exclaimed, munching happily and ignoring Hunter's warning.

Maeve chuckled in response, cleaning up the materials she had used.

"That's why..," Easton thought, remembering back to what Maeve's ultimate was.

"Surprising that the ultimate archer has some manners," Amanda observed.

"Of course I would have some discipline. Besides, it's useful to have some manners Shores," Hunter explained, his sass replacing his rather friendlier and flirtatious aura from when he had met them.

"Yeah, well good luck with that. I can't wait to see these people ruin your patience," she added with a smirk, glancing at Peter who was still eating like a pig who hasn't been fed for days.

"Easton, would you like some?," Maeve asked, a plastic bag of cookies already prepared for him.

He eyed them nervously, thinking of ways to politely reject her offer.

"I'll take-Ouch!"

"You're such a gremlin honestly. The rest are for the others, you already got your share," Hunter warned him, slapping Peter's hand away from the cookies.

"It's not filled with poison, you know...," Amanda told Easton defensively.

"Besides, Maeve's the last person who would try to kill anybody here you know."

Both Peter and Hunter nodded in agreement.

Maeve exchanged a smile with the three of them, hinting that the four had grown close out of the whole entire group.

Easton fidgeted with his fingers, guilty once again for being so hesitant.

"I guess I'll take one if it's ok.."

Happily, Maeve handed him three plastic bag of the cookies.

"The other two are for Akihiro and Justin. You three are friends right?"

Friends. Were friends was probably the most appropriate term, after he had abandoned and betrayed their trust at least.

"Sure, I'll give it to them," Easton agreed, taking the bags from Maeve.
