"Pupuhuhuhu! You all guessed right! The culprit of this murder is Akihiro Pendulum!"

And just like that, the trial had come to an end.

Nobody spoke for a while, still in shock of what had just happened.

"Why?," Easton asked him, breaking the silence in the room.

He walked up to Akihiro and began to clutch onto his collar, meeting him at exact eye level.

"Why did you do it?!," he questioned him, an ounce of fear managing to crack through his voice.

Asides from the fear that he was unsure of what was to happen now to Akihiro, he had also felt an ounce of betrayal from the fact that he had killed Justin, "Everything was fine. He was just fine yesterday! Why did you kill him?!"

"Hold on, let him explain. I'm sure he has an explanation," Nathaniel told him as he pulled Easton away to let go of Akihiro.

"W-Was it because of the motive?," Elijah asked him.

Akihiro shook his head with a soft chuckle," I thought I wouldn't be persuaded to as something as simple as that."

"Then why did you do it?," Maeve began to ask him.

"It must be because of the motive he got," Amanda presumed in response.

"No, it isn't," Akihiro disagreed in return, " It isn't because of the first motive I got but it was because of the second one that I had gotten."

"Hold on, a second one?," Tyler asked him.

"Despite the first motive having some sort of effect on me, it wasn't enough to drive me as far to murder. But the second one, it somehow gave me a reason to resort to that option," Akihiro answered in a much more serious tone.

"That's where I come in!," Monokuma exclaimed as a big screen started to drop down before them all.

"Presenting, Mr. Pendulum's motive that drove him to murder, puhuhuhu!," he chuckled.

However, his giggles were unheard as a loud, blaring noise replaced them.

"What is that sound?!," Calista screamed as they all covered their ears.

Easton's eyes laid on the big screen in front of them.

On the screen displayed icons, who were also behind podiums just like the ones in the class trial.

The sound began to get louder as it showcased the icons to be killed in different ways that are being shown on the screen.

The screen shifted it's attention to four other icons who were beside a picture of a door.

Afterwards the screen faded back to black and the loud noise began to stop.

"Finally..," Peter sighed in relief, removing his hands from his ears.

"What the hell was that?! More important, what was the point in all that?," Hunter questioned, demanding him for an explanation.

"Puhuhuhu, I'm gonna take a guess none of you saw the wonderful motive I've given Mr. Pendulum," Monokuma told them with a taunting voice.

"Wonder why that is?," Nathaniel commented in a sarcastic tone.

"It's alright..I can explain," Akihiro said before Monokuma could speak once again.

"The motive Monokuma presented was intended to those who weren't affected as much from the motive. I guess I was the first approach," Akihiro started to explain.
