"Are you the Mastermind, Nath?"

"What?," Nathaniel repeated, still clutching his mouth due from the impact of Preston's punch.

"Answer my damn question," Preston demanded.

He didn't notice it before but Preston's face was filled with rage.

"I-I don't understand. Why is Amanda hurt? And what's with the sudden question," Nathaniel stammered as he got up, trying to ignore the pain that came with opening his mouth.

"Because you apparently attacked her," Maeve answered with a serious expression on his face.

"Attacked her? But I just woke up-

"You could've done it last night after the class trial. The truth is when I woke up, I found myself in the infirmary," Amanda began to state.

"Why would I attack you?," Nathaniel questioned, none of what was happening making any sense to him.

"Alright then, you want proof?," Amanda asked, standing up.

"You know, you never told us your secret."

"I was so focused on demanding answers from everybody else when really, I should've focused on you all along."

"I don't know what my own secret is. We've traded secrets with everybody else..," he told her.

"Everybody in this room were fearful for their secrets as shown with Lin, indicating they know what secret of theirs is at risk if anyone found out. Yet how come you don't remember your own?," she asked with an eyebrow raised.

"Maybe I should tell them of my little amnesia situation," Nathaniel thought hesitantly.

He wasn't quite sure it was a good option however it might be the wisest decision he can make as of right now in order to provide evidence of his innocence.

"I don't have any of my memories...," he admitted with hesitancy.

Everyone's shocked looks that were filled with fear and caution was enough to make Nathaniel think that he should've kept his mouth shut.

"No memories, huh? So, how long were you planning to keep this little fact from the rest of us? From your friends?," Amanda interrogated as she gestured to Preston who stood not too far from her.

"Because of our current situation, I didn't want to cause more confusion and stress to the group so I thought maybe my memories would just come back eventually," Nathaniel explained to them.

"That still doesn't change the numerous evidences that we've found that points to you that you're the mastermind which is why you decided to attack me."

Nathaniel's lip started to quiver, nervous on what Amanda could have possibly found.

However, he had no understanding that out of all the things he could've accused on being- that it so happened to be an accusation of him being the mastermind.

"Does this belong to you?," Hunter asked, handing a monopad to Amanda as she held out her hand for it.

"How can we be so sure that's his?," Elijah asked, looking hesitantly at the monopad.

"Then let's ask him? Do you so happen to have it on you?," Maeve asked him, taking in Elijah's suggestion.

Nathaniel started to reach into his pockets however there was nothing to be found except the empty space within the pockets.

"I had sworn I had it with me," he told himself.

"Then this must be yours then," Amanda proclaimed as she waved it for Nathaniel to see.
