"A body has been discovered! After a certain amount of time, which you may use however you like, the class trial will begin!"

All of them stood there, trying to process all of it at once.

Lin's cries were the first to break the silence for them all.

"Tyler!"

She began to rush over to his corpse that swayed sideways as the rope creaked.

"Lin-

"Eli, come o-on! He's still alive, he's just a bit unconscious..," Lin began to explain while Eli nodded beside her, snapping him out from processing the state Tyler was in.

"Nath! Help us, you can carry him r-right?," Lin pleaded, her multicolored eyes starting to fill with her tears.

"Don't touch the corpse, Serrado," Easton warned her.

"He's not a corpse, he's still alive! If you'd just let me-

"Unconscious? Hear yourself right now, does he look alive to you?," Easton pointed out.

They all looked at the body once again however-compared to how they had discovered Justin-the state Tyler's corpse was in was different.

Tyler's pupils were half-open, soulless and glassy as if you were looking death in the eyes yourself.

"He's really..dead..," Nathaniel told himself as he let the reality sink in, not quite believing that he was just talking to Tyler a few minutes earlier and there he hung, lifeless in a flash of an eye.

As Easton's words began to absorb in Lin's mind, she began to sob out loud.

Elijah tried to pull her in but Lin remained persistent in taking Tyler's corpse down.

"J-Just let him down, I want to-

"It's pointless to do that now, it's best to not touch the corpse. Besides, we need it to investigate," Amanda pointed out, stepping closer to where Lin was standing to prevent her from taking any more action.

"It? He's one of my best friends and you're just going to discard him just like-

"I'm sorry Lin but there's nothing that we can do about it. The rest of us want to survive so if we have to treat him like any other corpse, so be it," Maeve added.

"We get that but can't we all slow down, they just lost their friend," Preston pointed out, giving a look of sympathy to the other two.

"There's no use mourning for the dead unless you want to be dragged down alongside them," Easton told them.

"If there's time after the class trial, we'll bring him down."

Everyone all looked at Liam, not noticing that he had arrived at the party.

"Since when did you get here?," Amanda asked him in suspicion.

"After the investigation of what we see from the external part of his body, we'll bring him down if we need to," Liam elaborated, ignoring Amanda's question.

"Weren't you the one who said that we shouldn't move the body for it ruins the 'evidence'," Hunter recalled.

"Since the position that his body is placed in is much higher, we'll bring him down if there's more parts of his body that we need to examine," Liam offered.

However the possibility of doing that

"Alright then, we'll bring him down after-

"Oh my, oh my! You certainly all seemed dressed for this despair induced experience!," a familiar high pitched voice interrupted.
