School Shopping

"Are you okay Hagrid?" Dahlia asked, staring at their giant friend with concern, his face looked greenish and he was taking deep breaths trying to calm himself. "Ill be okay Dahlia, I just need a bit of a pick me up" Hagrid groaned "you go ahead hagrid, we'll be at Madam Malkin's" Harry said, pointing to the clothing shop. "Thank you both" Hagrid said gratefully, making sure they got in before he went to the leaky cauldron. The twins entered the store, looking around, their eyes landing on the pale blonde boy on one of the pedestals.

Draco shrunk down in his seat, he really had been a part way back then, just thinking of his past behavior was enough to make him shudder. Their friends sent him confused looks along with the Hall while Harry and Dahlia shared an amused look.

"Hogwarts dearies?" Madam Malkin asked, smiling at them, "Yes Ma'am, can we also have a full wardrobe done as well?" Dahlia asked politely, stepping onto the platform. "And the adjustable charm that lets the clothes grow with us" Harry added, seeing as they planned to get to healthy weights, they didn't want to come back every time they had a growth spurt. "Of course dearies" Madam Malkin said as she began taking her measurements, "Hogwarts as well?" The Blonde boy asked, looking at them, Dahlia tilted her head watching him, his aura felt lonely. "No we only told her that because we thought it'd be fun " Harry muttered under his breath, Dahlia gave her brother a look. "Yes, what house do you think you'll be in?" Dahlia asked, ignoring his brother's remark, the boy in front of her seemed like an only child. "Slytherin, my whole family's been in Slytherin for years, imagine being in Hufflepuff, I think I'd leave" The boy responded  proudly, his chest puffing up.

"I don't think that anymore!" Draco yelled quickly, seeing all the glares aimed at him by the badger house. He ignored the looks from the Slytherin table, he really didn't want to see their approval of his earlier statement. "Oh please tell me she did, please " Theo said excitedly, his eyes lighting up as he connected the dots, "yes" Draco muttered, suppressing a shiver. "Why is Theo so excited?" James asked confused, "Dahlia has this... Wonderful ability that makes her able to scare the living daylights out of anyone. When she's going off on you.. I'd rather face McGonagall" Fred said with a shiver. "From what we've been told, when she's really lecturing you. She has a scary mix of Minnie, Mum and Grandma" Harry added. The Marauders and fleamont stared in shock, a visible shiver running through them at the idea of anyone being worse than the three.

"What is wrong with Hufflepuff" Dahlia said sharply, her eyes bore into the boy, Harry immediately took two steps back, suddenly very interested in the floor. "It's the Weak House. For the left overs that don't fit into any of the other houses" He said, his confidence wavering slightly, clearly his self preservation wasn't trying. Harry froze, taking another step back,"The Weak House! Nothing is more scary then an angered Badger, Badgers have been known to fight Lions, Snakes, Birds and any manner of animals and win, without so much as a scratch on them. There the house of Loyalty and Hard work, without hard work almost nothing would be built and without loyalty, it would make for a very lonely world, Saying that's the weak house is like saying Helga Hufflepuff, one of the Founders is weak. Helga Hufflepuff Rivaled Rowena Ravenclaw in terms of smarts and ability in her day!" Dahlia ranted, lecturing The Boy, her eyes ablaze.

The Hufflepuffs cheered, letting out sparks with their wands as finally someone stood up for them. "It's an Art really, how she makes you feel like a scolded kid. It's especially entertaining when it's not directed at you" Phin said with a smirk. "Yea, just bloody fantastic. So glad I can be of amusement" Draco muttered, the marauders stared at the screen in shock, their previous doubt vanishing at the sight.

"Calm down Lia, we're in public" Harry said, finally stepping in, setting a hand on her shoulder. Dahlia calmed "right, where are my manners. I'm Dahlia, Dahlia Black-Potter and this is my Brother Harry Potter-Black" Dahlia introduced while Harry took her spot on the podium. "Black? I was led to believe it's just Potter. In any case, I am Draco, Draco Malfoy" Draco introduced, looking between the twins confused, "Ah, your our Cousin. In any case Not many know of our third father, Regulus Black" Dahlia explained.
