"Awww, we wanted to see you beat the shit out of them" Fred whined with a pout, he yelped, jumping out of his seat as pain hit his side. He turned to Dahlia, already knowing who did it, stinging hexes were her specialty on them. "Fredrick Gideon Weasley, you will watch your language, there are children present" Dahlia lectured, glaring at the boy, he knew better than to cuss in front of children. "yes Ma'am" Fred said quickly, Dahlia was scary as is, he didn't need to get her mad, he turned to his brothers, glaring as they laughed at his predicament. "As for your whining, we couldn't add every detail or it would all be too long." Dahlia reasoned, getting comfortable against Blaise again.

(The scene changes to show dahlia somewhat dragging a reluctant Oliver Wood, while Cedric Diggory and Roger Davis followed behind)

"Why did you drag us out here?" Cedric asked, looking at her as they stopped in the middle of the quidditch pitch. "Two reasons. Firstly until Flint can manage to go a game without sending one of you lot to the medbay, I will be Captain of Slytherin's team. Secondly, we need a better system for training instead of whenever you bloody well feel like reserving it. It is chaotic, unorganized and unfair" Dahlia said, crossing her arms. "They need to train as much as possible, Do whatever it takes to win!" Oliver protested immediately, how was gryffindor supposed to win if they didn't train 24/7. "Oliver Wood, this isn't professional quidditch. You will not over work your teammates, especially my brother or so help you will be in the infirmary for the rest of the quidditch season!" Dahlia snapped, she glared at the quidditch fanatic, hell would freeze over before she let her brother get overworked. "Okay... Maybe a better schedule makes sense...." Oliver conceded faintly, she was scarier then his mother.

Sirius and the rest of gryffindor's team turned towards James, giving him pointed looks. James gulped, being the center of attention of not so happy teammates, "Maybe you should follow Bambi's Idea James" Sirius said, James was smart enough to know that wasn't a suggestion. "Yes.. Absolutely" James said quickly, catching sight of the looks Sirius and the Prewitt twins were sending him, he had a very bad feeling that his health would come into question if he didn't agree.

"I agree, it makes sense. However, how would this work out" Roger asked, between him and Cedric neither of their teams got much practice since Flint or Wood used to hog the pitch. "Well first of all, No one is going to be getting up before 5:30 in the morning. Everyone needs 8 hours of sleep at least to be mentally functional. Besides classes don't start until 9, their is enough time for practice and breakfast without compromising sleep. Secondly, we all know Professionals is not a life long job, if you even make it. As such, every player Must have an acceptable or higher in all of their classes. If they do not then they are going to be benched until they make it up. I don't care if they are the star player or if they are essential to the team, bad grades do not get rewarded. Now, off that one, host tryouts for back up players for when someone is benched or out for injury. The same rules will apply to the back ups as well. Lastly, winning is not everything, prioritize your life and well being over a game" Dahlia explained, sending a pointed look at Oliver.

"That's actually well thought out" Amos said from his seat, "we're definitely going to be using those" Sirius said for James. "That's very good thinking, star" Regulus said, proud of his daughter, Dahlia beamed, happy to make her dad proud.

"Now onto scheduling, I already printed out the sheets, I'll hand them out shortly. First off, this Sunday will be for tryouts, each house will have 2 hours on the pitch. Hufflepuff 8-10 am, Ravenclaw 12 to 2pm, Slytherin 2 to 4pm, Gryffindor 4 to 6pm. 11 is blocked out for lunch. I'll speak with Dumbledore, but you can let first years tryout if you want, don't worry about brooms. Now since Gryffindor and Slytherin just played, Hufflepuff trains on Mondays, Ravenclaw Tuesdays, Gryffindor Wednesday and Slytherin Thursday. Since you two got a game coming up Hufflepuff gets Friday and Ravenclaw gets Saturday to train as well, after the match we'll switch. Sunday is our day off, don't you even think about it Oliver" Dahlia said with a warning as Oliver opened his mouth. "That sounds good, though we'll be giving you full credit for the idea" Cedric said getting nods from the other two, it was only fair since she came up with it "Alright" Dahlia said.
