Dahlia entered the hall with Daphne and Pansy, the boys had already entered before them. She smiled, grabbing her schedule from Draco "thanks dray" she said before heading over to the gryffindor table taking a seat next to her brother. Draco shared a look with Phineas and the others "screw it" pansy said with a shrug joining Dahlia followed by the others. Hermes unwound from her arm slithering onto the table followed by Apollo "Spoiled Snakes" Hermione laughed, feeding them a piece of bacon. The group slowly became aware of how quiet the hall had become, looking up from filling their plates to see everyone looking at their section of table. Dahlia's eye twitched, looking around, suddenly actively aware of every eye on her, Harry felt through the bond her rising discomfort. He leaned back on the bench, making sure everyone saw him "Oi! It's rude to stare you know, mind your business" he said loudly before he "accidentally" leaned too far back, falling off the bench and on to the floor, Harry was sprawled out on the floor, effectively getting everyone's attention and making his sister laugh.
"I KNEW IT WAS FAKE!" Ron exclaimed loudly, standing up, he had known it was fake but both Harry and Dahlia had been adamant it was real. Dahlia and Harry burst out into laughter, they had been telling him for years that harry actually fell and he was imagining the fake slip, they had found it amusing how much it bothered Ron. The parents smiled at the close bond their kids had, happy they had good friends around them.
"What class is everyone excited for?" Dahlia asked, curious while she fed Hermes some eggs. "Herbology" Neville said softly, Dahlia nodded in Agreement "Potions" Draco and Theo Chorused. "Charms, definitely" Daphne and Blaise said, "Defense" Phineas, Ron and Harry agreed. "Transfiguration" Pansy and Hermione agreed, "Their all so interesting but Transfig us definitely my top pick" Hermione added. "Who's your favorite Quidditch team?" Draco asked Ron, "Definitely the Chuddly Cannons" Ron said confidently "definitely not, the Vrasta Vultures are by far superior" Pansy said, Phineas and Theo agreeing with her. "Both of you are wrong, the best team by far is the Kenmare Kestrals" Draco said, Blaise nodding along, Dahlia watched the minor argument begin between the fans, Harry was paying attention, entertained by the argument. Hermione twisted her wrist slightly, looking at Dahlia, Dahlia nodded, her Hermione and Daphne left the table without anyone noticing, They headed out to sit by the lake.
