Harry visibly winced at his own words, turning to his sister, she was already looking at him "don't, don't do that to yourself, you know I forgave you." she said softly, going over to hug him tightly, the next couple of movies would be hard on both of them, even their friends didn't like to mention those years, remembering it as the time they had been forced to pick sides, Sirius and Regulus shared a look, hoping they would be spared the same pain, they themselves went through as they grew apart, fighting because of some preconceived notion about some wrong doing by the other.

Blaise wrapped his arms around her, feeling her hurt "breathe love" he whispered, feeling her faint trembling "I should have-" "no, you did nothing wrong. He shouldn't have acted like that, you are right to feel like that, by all accounts Sirius did abandon y'all for revenge, however Harry already sees him as the perfect guardian, it's ok love, just give him time" Blaise said, holding her. "Order! Order in the court!" Fudge yelled, setting off bangs with his wand, "there we go, now, those in favor of releasing him and removing all charges" fudge asked, it was a unanimous vote "very well, Sirius Black, you are hereby free of all charges, as an apology, we hereby grant you 10,000 galleons for every year you spent in azkaban" Fudge said. "House Black requests Mandatory Healing and Mind Healer sessions, as an apology from the Ministry." Dahlia said, before fudge could bang his gavel, Harry immediately tried to protest, as did Sirius, "Very well, he shall be released into the care of your chosen trusted healers, to be released once they give him the all clear" Fudge agreed, banging his gavel.

"What the hell Dahlia. Sirius is fine, he doesn't need-" "You are not a Healer, you do not know what horrors that place may have done to him. Not to mention the severe malnutrition and obvious neglect, ignoring those signs in favor of playing happy family is not only detrimental to his health but is also considered abuse." She said simply, it hurt her to be like this with her brother, but she refused to let Sirius go untreated simply because harry wanted to move in with him already. "Once he is better, AND he has a suitable place to live, then we can talk about Adopting or moving in with him, Until then I am Sincerely sorry haz, but you will not be living with him" she said. "Sirius, don't even start, I agree with Dahlia on this one, even if you think you're fine mentally, you still need help for the malnutrition, your skin and bones love" Remus said, seeing Sirius open his mouth in obvious protest. "Mr.Zabini, Please see to it That Sirius is handed over to the goblin healers like I requested. The rest of us have a school to get back to, Haz, I've spoken with the healers, you may visit during summer break" she said, hoping that helped, Harry shoved past her, heading for the door.

"She did the smart thing, I would have demanded you go in myself" Dorea agreed, harry shrunk slightly, he really didn't like seeing how he had treated his sister, he may have apologized and been forgiven but nothing made up for how he feels, knowing the pain he cost her those years.

Arriving back at the castle was surreal, as soon as they entered the castle the rest of their friends surrounded them, bombarding them with questions regarding what had happened. "Sirius is free" she said, and the group cheered, "yea but somebody had to go and send him away" harry said, walking off, she sighed, her shoulders slumping. "He's under medical care in order to get better. He'll be released once he is fine" Blaise explained, pulling dahlia into his arms, by lunch time, the owls arrived and with them came the news of the once infamous Sirius Black, Now free, Pardoned of all charges. Dahlia entered Remus's office, watching as he began packing,  "you're leaving?" She asked, sadly, "yes, with Sirius now free... I'm going to have my hands full, not to mention, merkin knows he'll be giving the healers a hard time. Even before everything, that boy could not stay in a hospital room to save his life" Remus said with fond exasperation. "Uncle moony.... Do... Do you think I did the right thing? By forcing him to go?" She asked softly, doubt creeping into her voice, "Harry's still giving you a hard time? As stubborn as his father that one." Remus sighed, pulling her into a hug, "What you did... Neither may appreciate it now, but you did good cub. Who knows what kind of trauma could have been left untreated or made worse because he was too stubborn to get checked. -

- it's better this way cub, and I guarantee you when he is better and out, he'll thank you for it. Else I'll hit him over the head" Remus said, she laughed in response. "Now, since I am no longer a teacher, I have no fear of giving this to you... Just... Be responsible, Learn Protection charms for when you're older, and Merlin please, do not try bloody broom closets like your dad did" Remus nearly pleaded "MOONY!" Her nose scrunched up, she had not planned for this conversation with him. "What, you forget I was young once, and I'm not nearly delusional enough to believe you'll listen if I say to wait until your 80" Remus said Dryly.

"She better!" James said, scandalized, immediately snatching his daughter away from Blaise, "James dea-" "No lily flower, No one is corrupting my baby!" James said, holding her tighter.
