Harry left me early the next morning. I could barely open my eyes when he woke me to tell me he had tour business to take care of with the others. I honestly have stopped paying a lot of attention to their tour meetings. It was too much to even keep up with anymore. Meetings on top of meetings on top of schedules on top of schedules. Pure headaches.
I rolled out of bed pulling my long hair out of my braid to in order to pull it up. While I dealt with that I wiggled on a pair of sweatpants. Who knew what was in store for today. All the boys were busy most of the day so, obviously, I had no plans. I sat on my bed thinking what I could possibly do when an idea hit me.
Eleanor! She was always up for a good shopping trip. I smiled to myself as I dialed her number. I was so glad we were still in London.
"Hullo?"
"El! So, I'm completely not into being bored all day. How about we take a shopping trip?" I smiled into the phone. I could hear her squeal on the other line. It's not like I needed new clothes but the idea of shopping in London with El was exciting.
"Of course! Give me an hour and I'll be right down to your room."
We said our goodbyes as I fell back onto my extremely fluffy bed. It would take me less than half the time to get ready than it took El. She was notorious for taking forever when we all went out. I got up pacing over to my suitcase and throwing random items out. It wasn't deathly cold out but I would still need a jacket with anything I wore. I pulled on a pair of leggings with one of Harry's discarded long sleeves he had left. I didn't much care what I like. I was going shopping with Eleanor Calder for goodness sake. I laughed out loud at my own silliness. I turned on a music station on the tv and skipped around my room, dancing and getting ready like this was a totally normal thing to do.
I grabbed a brush and ran it through my messy red waves. My hair stressed me out. Louis and Niall didn't want me to cut it so I made them a deal that I wouldn't until after the tour was over. The thing is, it is getting unbearable to maintain. I huffed out a sigh as I re-braided my bangs back and pulled the rest up into a bun. Good enough for me. I applied some light foundation with lots of mascara and a bit of lip balm. My simple routine. Ready as I'll ever be. Just as I was checking myself in the full length mirror and pulling on my lace up boots, a knock sounded on my hotel door. I smiled. Eleanor!
She gave me a hug like she hadn't just seen me the previous night.
"Y'all are all about some hugging." I laughed.
Eleanor shushed me, dragging me out of my hotel room and down to one of the waiting cars. I still couldn't get over how we had chauffeurs. I mean, I was older than the legal driving age but the boys insisted we just use the available drivers. Apparently it was less stress on us during the tour. It wasn't like WE were the stars. I enjoyed how pampered they wanted their ladies to be. I smiled.
"So, there's these little shops I hardly ever get to go to along the strip up here. I can't wait til you try on some of the clothes!" Eleanor exclaimed in excitement. I kept smiling and went right along with her. I had never shopped in Europe in my life. This was a totally new experience for me.
Eleanor drug me to every shop possible, making me try on everything and anything that remotely caught her eye. I never knew shopping with this girl would be so tiring. My goodness. After five hours of relentless shopping and trying on clothes we called it a day.
"Are you hungry? Because I am absolutely starved." Eleanor said as we walked along. She looked around to find a place nearby for us to eat. It seemed a small restaurant caught her eye and she motioned for me to follow. At this point, I wasn't exactly paying attention anymore. I was that tired and I hadn't had breakfast. I also stayed up way too late. Not to mention I was holding so many bags I felt like my arms were a hundred pounds.
