The Beginning or The End

I woke up the next morning expecting Harry to have texted me apologizing. No such luck. The little bastard. I mean it's his fault he's mad anyways. It's not my problem. Nope. Not my problem one bit.

I got up, showered, and threw on some leggings and an oversized sweater with flats. The boys were rehearsing this morning and then we would be well on our way to the next stop of the tour. I had no idea where we were going next. All I knew was that it was another place in London. Obviously. Before I got out the door my phone started ringing. Niall's named popped up on the screen with his goofy picture. I smiled to myself. Ah. Niall.

"Hello there." I said smiling into the phone.

"Looks like someone's finally up. Lazy bum." Niall laughed.

"Oh whatever y'all had practice and whatnot this morning. How'd it go?" I asked. I was a little cautious in asking because of Harry.

"It was good. Harry overslept and was a complete arse but that didn't slow things down."

I sighed in relief, thank goodness. I held my phone with one hand as I shut my room door with the other.

"Do I hear keys jingling? What're ya doin?"

"Actually I was going to ask you the very same. I want to hang out."

"Well, the tour bus leaves in a couple hours maybe we can go out and get a bite."

I told Niall I would love to and hurried up to his floor. If Harry was being an ass I really didn't want to run into him at all.

Just before I reached Niall's room I saw Harry. He didn't see me but I could plainly see him. I could also see the girl standing in front of him he so happened to be flirting with. I hid behind a huge statue between his room and Niall's so I wouldn't be seen for sure. Granted sneaking around is totally wrong but I really wanted to get a better look. I was hiding behind a statue, no shame. I squatted down, peaking out from behind the statue. Ugh. This girl wasn't even pretty enough for him. She was hanging all over him laughing at nothing.

"Harry you're so funny!" Hahaha. No actually he's pretty dumb. Oh, too far. Sorry, let me take that back. I rolled my eyes at the bimbo. Come on.

"Thanks, so what are you doing for the next hour or so?" He asked tilting his head to the side. I knew that move. I couldn't see his face but I knew he was smiling, showing his dimples, giving her his best look. I wanted to growl in frustration. He wanted to be an ass and get mad at me! Oh no, oh no.

I stood up from behind the statue, walked around, pretending his room was my original destination.

I walked right up to him. The girl took a step back. She looked confused.

"Haz, I just wanted to check on you. You seemed upset when you left last night." I gave my best concerned expression as I looked him right in the eye. He looked confused but I could see understanding dawn slightly in his bright eyes. He may have an idea of what I was up to but I'm sure he didn't honestly get it.

"No, I'm fine."

"Harry who is this?"

"I'm his best friend, who are you." I answered her before Harry could get one word in.

"Oh, I was just having a chat with Harry. I've got to be going now." The girl walked away without a glance back in our direction. Good. Tramp.

I didn't say a word to Harry all I did was walk away and go over to knock on Niall's door. Before I could land the first knock Harry grabbed me by my wrist and spun me around. I can't say I was all that surprised. I left a neutral indifferent expression fall into place.

I looked up at him, it was a lot of looking up since he was a head taller than me. His eyes were blazing. He was inches from me. His smell enveloped me almost making me lose my indifference.

"What the fuck was that!" He exclaimed. Indifference no longer almost lost.

"I saved you from inevitably a bad idea."

"You what?? You didn't save me from anything!"

I almost wanted to laugh. Sometimes our words got lost with one another because I'm American and he's not. Like I said, almost laughed. I was still too worked up and mad about the entire situation to actually laugh. Maybe later.

"I don't have time for your bullshit Harry. Let go, I have plans and you're holding me up."

Harry's brow knit together in confusion. He looked at Niall's door then back at me. I saw understanding light his eyes followed by a little mix of anger.

"You tell me I'm making a bad decision because you didn't like what was happening in front of you. Yet, I get to feel miserable every day because you do the same thing and there isn't a bloody thing I can do about it!" Harry was practically yelling at this point. His chest was rapidly rising and falling as he stared down at me with angry green eyes. I had never seen him so worked up before. The affect I had on him was astounding. I honestly never had a clue that things would come to this.

He shook his head as he released my wrist from his grasp.

"When you're ready to stop being selfish I might not be here anymore."

Those were the last words he said to me before walking away.
