SPECIAL OPERATIVE LIEUTENANT "CHAOS" / TF-141 ASSOCIATE

A dark haze mild in nature surrounded the exterior of a Los Vaqueros military jeep, nearly shrouding the pair of lieutenants housed within in darkness if it weren't for the blaring headlights illuminating the vehicle's journey along the gravel road. The mechanical hum and vibration of the jeep cut through the comforting absence of words and steady breaths, the melodies of Spanish music filtering through the interior cabin in close accompaniment. Chaos was receptive towards the thought of occupying the shotgun seat after Ghost proposed it, a sultry smile present on her face as he opened the passenger side door for her.

Though there was none to establish dominance besides Chaos herself, Ghost has his arm stretched across the center console from the driver's seat. Amidst the darkness engulfing the pair, he easily found the flesh of the woman's thigh, squeezing it with an undying possessiveness with the intention of leaving bruises- not that she minded. He slipped the tips of his fingers deeper between her thighs, inching closer to her core. The utter simplicity of the action invited a wave of tingling chills of pleasure to circulate throughout her body, memories of their first night together surfacing with a cherished freshness. Despite the rapidly-rising need to demand Ghost that he pull the vehicle over and unbuckle her restrictive seatbelt, the woman kept her dripping need contained and retained her focus on the blinding screen of her laptop.

Similarly to a hypnotic spell initiated by a polished pocket watch, Chaos swept her oceanic eyes across the nearly overwhelming lines of information arriving in letter-sized containment and black Roboto Mono. The Ghost's leading IT expert forwarded the reports and data files Commander Elias had promised during their conversation the night previous, providing her with unfiltered and un-redacted access to their exploits in New York following her departure. While the lieutenant trusted her commanding officer's judgement in making decisions regarding Black Sonata in her stead, she refused to turn a blind eye to the mixed feelings that had risen while absorbing the information laid out before her.

Sergeant Kaitlyn "Misfit" Noland.

Task Force Ares' former information technologist specialist.

Chaos' former bunkmate during boot camp.

Lorelai's former friend.

The aftermath of Operation Ballroom forced Captain Chaos to make a gutting decision; to approve Misfit's honorary discharge from not only Task Force Ares but the marines as a whole. The woman's failure to protect and preserve the life of Misfit's beloved younger sister devastated her. Standing as the sole figure responsible for creating the very monster that would destroy them, Chaos accepted every hurtful word, every physical blow, and every cry of agony, engraving all of it into her memories as a reminder of her negligence. Misfit couldn't go on without Pepper and understanding the power of a bond between siblings, Chaos permitted the woman's release from her duties and the no-contact order between the captain and former sergeant.

However, Chaos had neglected the potential of Task Force Stalker getting in touch with Misfit.

Though it had only been a brief stint in her long-forgotten career in uniform, Misfit was stationed at Fort Santa Monica to shadow Kick before she assimilated into the position as an IT specialist under her command. Despite her sharp wit and colourful dictionary, the Ghosts became quite fond of her and granted her the position as an honorary soldier of Task Force Stalker. She had become a comrade far prior to Ares or the Ghosts for that matter, earning a piece of Chaos' pride as they grew close. Following a close call during a mission several years back, Misfit had become indebted to the Ghosts and she supposed it was their reason for contacting her.
