It was Debutaunete day.

Susannah had woken up bright and early to get everything ready and was upstairs waking up Belly.

Delilah and Liam had headed straight to the Fisher House for breakfast, Conrad was busying himself near the sink as Jeremiah ate cereal beside his girlfriend.

His arm was wrapped around her shoulders as Delilah slowly sipped a large mug of coffee, now and then taking a bite out of the croissants Conrad bought her this morning in town.

"Oh yeah, so whos taking Belly to the ball?" Liam asked as he took a bite of cereal.

"Jeremiah," Delilah responded.

That night they saved Belly and Taylor from the skinny dipping incident, and they all agreed that Jeremiah should take Belly to the dance.

Delilah didn't mind in the slightest, after confirming their relationship and dating for a few days Delilah trusted Jeremiah. She knew the boy only had eyes for her.

Jeremiah didn't mind either, he loved Belly as a little sister. After Belly confessed the whole situation with Conrad, they both felt that Jeremiah taking her would be the safest bet.

Now, Liam blinked at the couple as Conrad tilted his head slightly to listen to the conversation better.

"yeah? You're okay with that?" Liam asked. Delilah shrugged.

'Yeah, I trust them." Delilah smiled as she looked up at Jeremiah, the boy just squeezed her shoulder with a sweet smile. Delilah turned to Conrad who was fiddling with the sink and sighed.

"Im sorry I didn't tell you." Delilah winced, Conrad just offered a small smile

Footsteps were heard and Belly walked into the kitchen, greeting everyone with a good morning as they chorused it back. Delilah and Jeremiah exchanged glances as they watched Conrad place a box of muffins on the counter.

"Hey, I went and got some of those good muffins." Conrad smiled, Belly looked at the muffins and hesitated.

"Im good, thanks."

Delilah and Jeremiah shared a look as the three adults made their way into the kitchen as well. Peter went to stand behind his kids and gave them both a kiss on the head as Susannah started giving out instructions.

"Oh Belly, you should get going. And everyone stays out of the family room. I've done all your portraits and tonight, after the ball, we'll do a big unveiling." Susannah smiled.

"Oh uh, can you put that in laurels car honey?" Susannah asked as she passed Jeremiah a white dress. Jeremiah nodded and got up, not before giving his girlfriend a quick kiss.

"Wait what-"

"Woah! What was that?"

"Did I just see what I thought I saw?"

All the teens watched amused as the parents gawked at Delilah and Jeremiah. The couple chuckled bashfully as Jeremiah stood up and wrapped an arm sound the girl who was still seated at the counter, Delilah brought her hand up and interlocked it with his.

"Right, uhm... we're dating now." Delilah laughed shyly while Jeremiah grinned.

"Surprise?"

There was a beat before the moms started screaming.

"OHMYGOD! I've been waiting for this ever since you guys were kids!"

"Oh this is fantastic, we all called it!"

The moms squealed back and forth as Peter raised a pointed brow at Jeremiah.

"Now Jeremiah, you know I see you as a son and already love you but let's get a few things straight -"
