I love the idea that there are parallel universes out there. I think you and I knew each other for a few lifetimes.
I like to think that there's one universe where whe grew up together, you walked me home after school, I knew you like the back of my hand and we were lucky to know each other for all those years.
in one universe, we fell apart like everyone do but I still wear your t-shirt years later because it's my favourite and you still play my favourite song while driving past the street where I used to live. we moved one and we cherish our memories.
in another universe maybe there's two suns in the sky and we might have crossed paths multiple times but even if my hand reached out for yours they never met. but you were my favourite "what if ?"
in this one maybe we'll buy that house you always talk about and I'll force you to have three cats and you're not "too sad" and I'm not "too much" and we are going to grown old together.
