Rei instantly came down. Her mom looks very serious. She was just praying things don't become worse than they already are.

Mom:"Rei. Sit down here."
She gestured at her daughter to sit beside her on the couch. Rei did what she's told and she looked at her mom with a worried look on her face.

Her mom sighed.
Mom:"What's going on exactly?"
Rei:"What exactly?"
Mom:"Stop acting like u don't know what I'm talking abt rei. What happened between u and ur brothers? Did u three honestly think I wouldn't notice?"

Rei flinched. The guilt was all tripping in her in that moment. So she figured out rei was lying to her the entire time?
Her mom sighed.
Mom:"Am I that unreliable that u three decided to hide this from me? I asked ur brother sae he refused to tell me abt the fight that happened. I asked ur brother rin he refused to talk too. R u also going to refuse to talk to me abt the fight that happened between the three of u? "

Rei stayed silent honestly she didn't know what to do now. It doesn't seem like hiding things would prove good rn. But how does she say everything that happened? Where does she start from? How did her mom know?

Mom:"I'm waiting. Or should I leave?"
She instinctively grabbed her mom's shirt tugging her.

Rei:"Mama don't leave u too..."
Rei had those empty look in her eyes while saying that. Her mom saw as her daughter's eyes started filling up with tears. Just what happened over here??

She sighed and hugged rei close to her. Rei began crying more into her mom's arms. Is it finally time she can let everything out? All the stress? Everything that's been going on?

She started sobbing and wailing loudly in her arms. Her body was trembling and the mom was very surprised just what in the world did her brothers do to her?

She kept patting her back and holding her tightly than ever.

After calming her down.
Rei. Spilled. Everything.

Mom:"Rei... I'm sorry mama wasn't there when it all happened..."
She made sure to let rei know that she's here beside her.

Rei:"It's alright it's not ur fault anyway it's that stupid brother of mine."

Mom:"I swear to god I'm this close to leaving my work so that I can go scold him. I'm really sorry rei. If I had known abt this earlier I would've told him off when we visited him."
Rei:"It's fine just having u here itself is comforting. Please don't leave ur work for this..."
Mom:"But still... I don't wanna leave u and rin here without at least trying to help u with the problem. Uh it's my fault why did I let him leave to Spain. That was very dumb... Ofc he was gonna get hurt but. He looked really happy. I didn't want to take ur brother's happiness from achieving what he wants."
Rei:"No mama stop blaming urself. U know as well as I do that even if u tried stopping him he would've found a way to go anyway. It's just. I'm really mad at him. For treating us like this."
Mom:"Ur right. Get me my phone let's try calling him together."

So rei did as she was told and got her mom her phone. They tried ringing up to sae but...

"The person u r calling is not available. Please try again after the call or leave a voice message-"

She closed the call and tried again. Over and over. It wasn't working out.

Mom:"That little... Sigh."
Rei:"Mama... What do I do now? I don't want to let things as they are."
Mom:"Give me some time I'm trying to think of something... Although I don't think I can do much and the business trip is back again tomorrow. I'm sorry dear..."

Rei squished her mom's cheeks. Then she looked at her with determined eyes.

Rei:"It's fine. We'll come up with something."
