Ch. 30

Rei:"Hey Komatsu."
Kyoko:"Wth do u want??"
Rei:"I'm just telling u goodnight chill woman."
Kyoko:"IK we're now roommates but I'd very much rather u don't talk with me."

Rei saw as Kyoko just turned her head away and went to sleep. Rei sighed and went to sleep too. Kyoko was so mean that's for sure...

...
Rei: huh... Where am I?
Rei still wasn't adjusted to the dormitory so it took her time to remember where she is.

She tried looking at the clock in the room. But she saw a figure standing. Who the hell was that? Rei remembered she shares this room with Kyoko and she then went fast asleep as she couldn't keep her eyes open anymore.

Kyoko flinched hearing a sound from rei's side and turned around to see rei sleeping peacefully and drooling.
Kyoko:... Must be nice to be able to sleep. Sigh this girl.

Kyoko noticed rei was gonna fall off from the bed and slowly put rei back up on the bed trying not to startle rei in case she wakes up from kyoko's movement. But rei didn't even budge and continued sleeping.
Kyoko: she looks like a kid.

With that Kyoko pinched the bridge of her nose and tried to sleep again.

Kyoko: I couldn't sleep again... Tch... Maybe a nap through the day might work.

Kyoko gave up and just got up from bed. It was 6 am anyway training is at 7. She really hated to start the day. The people on the u20 were annoying and stupid as hell. Now they're bringing more people to add to the stupidity going on.

She decided to forget abt all that and try out some new skills from watching itoshi sae's matches. She would not openly admit it but she's a big fan of his gameplay and playstyle. She watches his matches often and studies the way he plays in detail. She learnt a lot by watching him and taking inspiration to developing her own style as a midfielder herself.

Part of her instincts told her that there is something bothering her abt the fact that itoshi sae and this roommate of hers have the same last name.

Rei:"That was some good sleep... What time is it?"
Rei was yawning as she saw the clock pointing at 2. It was 2 pm. The second part of the tryouts was at 8 am.
...

Her eyes widened and she quickly got up and went to wash her face and change to her uniform. She kept thinking abt how much she messed up big time. She literally just came here yesterday and already giving off a bad impression.
Rei:why the hell didn't she wake me up?? Does she hate me that much??

Rei was angrily running as soon as she left the room while trying to reach the training field she was supposed to appear in.

As she reached she saw everyone already leaving and the coach and assistants were going to leave until she was panicking knowing she's not fast enough to reach the other side. Rei found a random football and shot it right at the button beside the door that closes it making the coaches turn their head around in surprise at what just happened. Why did a random football just flash by their eyes and close the door?

Rei:"PLEASE WAIT!!!"
They raised an eyebrow at the weird girl who was running to then and kept breathing in and out.

Rei:"I deeply apologize for coming late. I'm itoshi rei-"
"Did no one inform u that we start at 8 for the new candidates? Do u really think it's okay to be 6 hours late? Not only that but u dare close the door at ur coaches instead of kindly asking them to stop?"
Rei just knew she was gonna get such scolding and just accepted it.

After discussing with them a bit more and getting more scolded they agreed that she has to come earlier than 8 the next day and do what she missed today and have some punishment for today too. Running around the field for at least 100 laps. Rei lowkey was smirking abt that but didn't want to show it so it doesn't get doubled to 200 laps.
