Team SAFF: A RWBY Story

The Ripper Part 3

The scene begins with Fang and Hannah arriving at The Frying Pan Pub as they both stepped up to the bouncer.

Bouncer: You two have an invitation?

Fang and Hannah look at each other with confusion.

Bouncer: Because of recent events, people need an invitation to get in.

Hannah: We're here to speak to the one that found the latest victim. They said they knew Mary as a coworker.

Bouncer: Does this person you're looking for have a name?

Fang: Everyone has a name pal.

Bouncer: You getting smart with me mutt?

Fang grits his teeth as Hannah places her hand on his chest. Fang calms down as Hannah steps up to the bouncer.

Hannah: Please sir, we're trying to catch the Ripper and the person we're looking for just might have the info we need. So please, can we speak with them?

Bouncer: What's the name?

Hannah: Huh?

Bouncer: Your lead. Who is it you need to speak to?

Fang: She goes by the stage name Kai'sa Stardust. Is she here?

Bouncer: (sighs) She's in today. She should be going up on stage soon.

The Bouncer moves away from the door to let Hannah and Fang in. As they walk past the Bouncer, he places his hand on Fang's shoulder. Fang looks to see a concerned look but changes to a calm expression.

Bouncer: I'm sorry for the way I treated you, sir. It won't happen again.

Fang: It's alright, I got that a lot back when I was still in the White Fang.

Bouncer: Just promise me one thing you two... (Fang and Hannah turn to face him) When you find the bastard that killed Mary, you take him down or you put him down.

While Fang was keen on taking Jack down and bringing him to justice, after finding out about Hannah's Semblance giving her headaches, he wonders what she plans to do. Fang nods his head to the Bouncer as they enter the pub.

Argus Base: Ivan's Room

Ivan can be seen sitting on his bed as Bleu sits on a chair in front of him.

Ivan: So what was it that you wanted to talk about?

Bleu: It's something I've been meaning to ask you. Um, so do you know why... Mor'du is hunting you?

Ivan: To be honest I never thought too hard about it. Why do you ask?

Bleu: Ivan, when you and Fang were away on your own for a bit, we kinda got ambushed by him.

Ivan's eyes widened with concern but were enraged at the thought of Mor'du coming after his friends.

Ivan: What?! What did he want?

Bleu: He was looking for you.

Ivan: Damnit. He attacked you because he was looking for me.

Bleu: I had to hold him off while Ahri and Akali escaped the cave we were in.

Ivan: Hold on, are you telling me that you faced him alone?

Bleu: I-

Ivan: Did it ever occur to you that you could've been his target? Did you even think for a second-

Ivan notices Bleu backing away in terror, holding her hands close to her chest.

Ivan: Bleu I... I'm so sorry. I don't know what came over me.
