The rain falls hard onto the streets of Vale as Raine is seen walking toward a cafe while she is unknowingly being pursued by two others. Before she entered the cafe, she turned to see if she was being followed and saw no one as she went inside. 

As many people chose to take shelter from the rain, the sounds of many conversations could be heard amongst the constant laughter; a waitress carrying a platter quickly dodged another customer who almost knocked her over.

Waitress: Careful, please.

Customer: Sorry, darling.

The waitress approaches Raine and places her food and drink in front of her.

Waitress: Here you are.

Raine: Thank you.

As Raine had begun to eat her food she felt a strange feeling as if she was being watched, and she turned her head to see two men on opposite sides to her as they slowly started to approach her. She slowly reaches for her weapon but is suddenly shocked to see a woman with black hair and Silver Eyes sitting in the chair across from her. The woman wore a one-piece red dress with white frills under the skirt and exposed shoulders, separate black sleeves with red and black bracers, and a separate black skirt that covered most of the red one underneath. She also wore a white cloak with a red inner liner, which was secured by a pair of black leather straps with leaf-shaped pins that attached to the cloak at the shoulders before crossing above her chest and eventually attaching to a set of thick black belts around her waist. She also wore a rose pendant on the two straps overlapped above her chest. Covering her legs is a pair of grey leggings and on her feet is a pair of black high-heeled boots with red highlights.

Summer: Mind if I join you? (stops the waitress that walks by) I'll have the same, please.

The waitress nods as Raine notices the two men backing away. 

Summer: I should introduce myself, my name is Summer. Summer Rose.

Raine: I know who you are.

Summer: Well, that's a relief. Now what brings Raine Falls to Vale?

Raine: I heard that my daughter was brought here by Glynda Goodwitch and was put into a team of her own at Beacon. I... just wanted to see if she was alright.

Summer: If she is in Beacon, then she'll be safe.

Raine: Even if you say so, I never trusted Ozpin, and I never will.

Summer: He keeps secrets for a reason, you know that.

Raine: Lying to the people of Remnant about the real threat to our very existence. For both Humans and Faunus alike.

Summer reaches for a small knife and places it on the table.

Raine: What is this for?

Summer: I picked it off a person who mistook me for a typical woman.

Raine: Last mistake they made I gather.

Summer: They had this on their Scroll. (pulls out a Scroll with open files displayed on the screen) Promises of payment.

Raine: For what?

Summer: Your head. Someone wants you dead.

Raine: Why?

Summer: Raine, you have to be more careful. You are the last of your kind. The silver-eyed warriors may have nearly been wiped out, but you're not just a silver-eyed warrior. You are the last direct descendent of the God of Light.
