Team SAFF: A RWBY Story

The scene begins with a girl wearing a wolf hunter outfit while she and several others wait atop a cliff. She looks to see someone from a distance waving at her silently and she makes a hand gesture saying "Be ready."

She then raises her left arm in the air over her head before letting out a loud battle cry which ends up startling a small herd of deer as they run away from the girl. 

The deer sprint through the forest until they are lured by another group of hunters and they start to scatter.

The leading hunter girl grabs a bola from her bag and throws it at a deer, knocking it to the ground.

Hunter 1: That one should be good enough for the pack.

Girl: Alright then, see if anyone got hurt from the herd. I'll take this one.

Sin: Let me cover you at least.

Girl: (sighs) Ok, but stay close and listen to me.

Sin nods his head as he and the lead hunter head down the small slope to where the deer was found pinned to a tree. As they approach the deer, the girl looks to see marks on a tree and holds her hand up telling Sin to stay put. As the girl moves closer to inspect the marks to be claw marks from a large beast she doesn't notice that Sin has moved closer to the deer and raises his spear to kill their catch until suddenly a massive Ursa Major bursts through the bushes and swipes at Sin, knocking him down. The girl quickly turns and leaps onto the Grimm's back but is thrown off and lands next to Sin. The Grimm continues to roar at them as the girl pulls out two short swords and gets into a defensive stance.

Girl: FEN!!!

The scene cuts to another hunter by the name of Fen as he directs the others to start heading back until he hears someone calling his name. Fen starts sprinting to the lead hunter and Sin to see the Ursa Major and starts running down the slope with his spear in hand.

The girl sees Fen and roars at the Grimm as it stands on its hind legs and roars back. Fen then leaps into the air and brings his spear down into the Grimm's nape, causing it to fall on top of the girl. Sin and Fen move closer to see if their leader is ok as she appears from under the Grimm and starts laughing. Fen joins in on the laughter while Sin bows his head down in shame.

Girl: Thank you Fen.

Fen nods as he then grabs Sin's spear and throws it to the leader. The girl approaches Sin to see a slash mark on his shoulder that he got from the Grimm.

Girl: Think before you act, Sin.

Sin just scoffs and grabs his spear from the girl.

White Wolf Tribe Camp

As the hunting group returns from the hunt, the girl looks to see the Chieftess's second waving to her and she quickly heads over to the tent. The girl enters the tent to see the Chieftess sitting on her throne.

Girl: (bows) Yes mother.

Chieftess: Hello Draiona, how was the hunt?

The girl, now known as Draiona stands straight and smiles at her mother.

Draiona: It went as well as you could hope, but we had a run-in with an Ursa Major and Sin got hurt. He got hurt because he keeps trying to prove himself.

Chieftess: He looks up to you.

Draiona: I know.

Chieftess: I should probably tell you that we have a guest with us.

Draiona: Really? Who?

Draiona sees her mother's eyes quickly look to her right and Draiona looks and smiles to see Robin Sanguise with a very noticeable gasp.
