yoongi slipped his hoodie on as he stuffed his phone and wallet into his pocket. walking out of his bedroom, his eyes landed on three people he wasn't expecting in his house at all.
"hello people who don't live here?" he said with a questioning tone. namjoon, hoseok, and taehyung quickly turned at the sound of his voice as they all sat on the large sofa.
"shit, you really are like a cat. i didn't even hear you come in," hoseok laughed while the others agreed. yoongi scoffed, now entering his kitchen to grab a cup of coffee.
"why are you guys here?" yoongi shouted from the kitchen.
"he hates us," taehyung joked. his fake pout caused more light laughter from the others.
"we just thought we'd come hang out! let's have a movie marathon or something!" namjoon shouted back. yoongi came back out from the kitchen with his coffee heating his hands.
"i would but i'm going to y/n's for the day. i love you guys, but you're crazy if you think i'm choosing you over y/n for my day off."
"OOOOH!! is this the coffee savior person we keep hearing about?" hoseok asked eagerly. heat rose to yoongi's cheeks at the nickname his crush had managed to earn among his friends.
"yes, yes, it's him."
the others could easily see his nervousness as he stood in front of them. yoongi took a sip of his coffee to try and hide his blush a little.
"ooh, he's going on a date!" taehyung teased. hoseok and namjoon chimed in, making 'ooh' sounds and kissy faces toward their friend.
"alright, alright!" yoongi finally interrupted, "maybe there's something between us that's more than platonic, yes. but we literally only met like a week ago, it's nothing serious right now."
"you met a week ago and you're just now hanging out?" hoseok questioned.
"yeah, we've both been a little busy. we've been texting and facetiming a lot though."
"well good luck! and have fun! and use protection!" taehyung shouted eagerly. yoongi rolled his eyes as more laughter erupted from the others.
"whatever," he muttered as he set his coffee down and threw up his middle finger. "look, i don't care if you guys stay here to hang out, but lock the door back if you leave."
