Three weeks had gone by without a hitch. Alexandra just found herself constantly hanging out with Sebastian. He seemed to develop a habit of inviting himself to hang out with her to which she couldn't really say anything because as much as she wanted to deny it, she likes having him around.
Along with constantly hanging out with her, he also brings her food. He shows up in class with two cups of coffee and enough pastries for both of them.

Kayla and Leah were constantly teasing her about Sebastian and teasing her about finally getting on a relationship - to which she also constantly denies that she and Sebastian are just friends.

Today was no different. Sebastian had been bugging her to come with him and meet his friends. She managed to come up with an excuse the previous weeks and now that she ran out of excuses, she knew she had no other choice but to agree. To say that Sebastian was delighted is an understatement as she already found him waiting for her outside Jane Austen Hall.
She shook her head, "how long have you been waiting here?"
"I just got here, actually." He answered.
"Where are we going to meet your friends?"
"They're at The Nutz right now."
"The Nutz? What kind of name is that?" She asked.
Sebastian shrugged, "beats me."

As they got closer to The Nutz, Alexandra felt as though her heart would jumped out of her chest. She never felt nervous meeting people before not until at that moment. She didn't have any reason to feel that way and yet there she was - trying to get her shit together.
"Why so quiet?" Sebastian asked
"Nothing, just thinking."
Sebastian grinned, "Are you actually nervous right now?"
Alexandra glared at him, "why would I be?"
Sebastian raised his hands, "Okay, chill."

As they entered the establishment, Alexandra already knew which ones are Sebastian's friends. It was that easy to single them out as they were the ones that started cheering as soon as they entered. Alexandra felt as if she wanted to back out and leave right there and then but Sebastian, as if he could sense his uneasiness, held her hand. She looked at him and he smiled at her. As if to say, she wasn't there on her own. She then felt calmer.

"You little shits," Sebastian said as they reach their table, "can you all at least pretend that we're normal and don't scare her away."
"Well, in our defence, this is as normal as we could ever be." A guy wearing a grey hoodie said.
"So, Alex meet my friends, everyone meet Alex." Sebastian said as he gesture around the table.
Each one introduced themselves. They are as good looking as Sebastian. Three of the guys introduced themselves as Dean with blonde hair and green eyes, Gino with brown hair and golden brown eyes, and Jordan with curly jet black hair and piercing grey eyes. All three of them are sporting the university hoodies. The girls, on the other hand, could probably be mistaken as models. There's Lena with strawberry blonde hair and green eyes, Sabrina with brown hair and matching brown eyes, and then there's Anna who's probably the most beautiful among the three with her towering height, pointed nose, chinky golden brown eyes, and perfectly styled hair. All of them seems like a straight cut out from a fashion magazine and yet their personalities equalizes their good looks. They seemed like they care about each other immensely and they made Alexandra felt as though she was already part of them.
"Nice to finally meet you. We're starting to think that you dont exist and Sebastian just made you up." Gino said as she settled on a seat beside Anna whereas Sebastian sat across from her in between Jordan and Dean.
Alexandra smiled, "I've been busy so I barely have the time to hang out."
"Do you want something to eat?" Anna asked, "they're poutine's actually pretty good."
"How 'bout a beer?" Jordan suggested.
"I guess I'll settle for poutine and iced tea for now." she said as she looked up the group.
"Oh c'mon! Beer and tequila are mandatory." Gino joked.
"I would but I'm still taking meds so..." She explained.
Sebastian looked at her quizzically, "I didn't know you're taking any meds. Are you sick? You okay?"
The entire table went silent. Alexandra felt like all of the attention were on her, "It's just something I'm taking for my migraine and stuff. I'm okay, don't worry."
Jordan put his arm around Sebastian, "That, my friend, is the reason why you'll never get out of the friendzone."
The rest of the guys laughed whereas the girls just rolled their eyes.
"C'mon, leave Sebastian and Alex alone." Anna said but she was just mainly looking at Sebastian.
"Okay, fine. How about we get that poutine and drinks." Dean suggested.
Jordan and Sebastian came along with Dean whereas Gino was left arguing with Lena about something else. Sabrina, on the other hand, turned into her cue cards and shuffle them haphazardly.
"You'll have to excuse us for our apparent rude behaviour. We're just used to teasing Seb shamelessly that we keep forgetting that you might feel uncomfortable." Anna explained.
Alexandra smiled, "that's alright. I'm not that sensitive, you know? I can take a joke every now and then."
Anna smiled back at her, "then you'll fit in our group just fine."
"Thank you."
