During the announcement from Diane Foxington after the end of the gang war on Broker-Dukes Island and the terrorism scare started to die down a little bit. She made the decision of opening the bridges from Broker-Dukes Island to Algonquin and Bohan. Now I will finally see more of Liberty city that I never saw yet.
Unfortunately, Alderney and Happiness Island are still closed off.
