"Old Lady just go have fun" I laughed kissing Ma cheek, while talking to Babygirl.
"I just, me and you haven't even went out to stores and bought things. We did everything online" babygirl says.
"Oh that boy is grown." Dukes told her.
"Go, but please don't have her out all day, or walking around on her feet all day. They been getting swollen a lot and-
"Bubs I will take care of her. I'll go start the car you two" she shook her head laughing while going out.
"Well let me get going then. Don't cook anything please, order if you get hungry"
"I got you, Babygirl go hangout. You know she been dying to see you."
"I know. I'm excited just I don't want to jinx the baby with buying all this stuff"
"He's due in two months, you're fine old lady"
"Stop calling me that" she rolled her eyes. I kissed her head and walked her to the car helping her in. Once they were settled I made my way back in the house.
Babygirl been thinking she slick trying to move furniture and put shit together herself. She'll wait until I leave to do it. It's not much because I try to do it before she has to. I think she just be bored since she's home all day now.
I went into the nursery grabbing the box the small dresser came in. She's really been trying to put the room together. She has the walls painted a dark green color like an olive or sage. The furniture is grey and white, it's like safari themed as well with decorations. She has picture frames up but nothing in them. She said she wants to wait until next month, to not jinx the baby.
The two miscarriages really fucked her mental up. She is so paranoid about losing the baby again. Not wanting anything to jinx it, yet stubborn, hard headed, and independent all at the same time.
Once I finished putting everything together I put all the trash together taking it outside.
On my way back in I noticed a vase sitting outside the door. I don't know when it got there not noticing it when I walked Babygirl out or when I walked Dukes in.
The vase was a matte white color with a purple ribbon around it. It held several purple and white tulips. I put it on the counter inside where'd she want them before I noticed a card. I don't care if she got herself flowers I'll be sure to order her some more often as well, but why'd she write herself a note.
