DREW WAS WALKING DOWN the street, as she looked over to see the cops surrounding the Sheriff's house, furrowing her eyebrows, as she walked over to the house, confused as to what was happening. She saw as the officers covered somebody's body.
Drew walked up to an officer, tapping them on the shoulder, as he turned to face her.
"Uh, what happened here?" She asked.
"Step away from the crime scene, ma'am." He told her.
"No! I know her kids, I'm friends with both of them. What happened?"
The cop looked down, saddened to have to tell the poor girl the news. "I'm sorry." Was all he could say as he looked down at the girl.
"What?" Suddenly, realization hit Drew like a train at full speed. She was understood what the cop had met. As soon as she came to the understanding, she felt her heart sink.
"No. No. It can't. That can't be true! That can't be!" She cried to herself.
"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."
Tears filled Drew's eyes as they came pouring down her face like a waterfall. She looked over to the house, seeing them take Wes and Florence's dead bodies out of the house, as Drew felt as if she couldn't stand, as she fell to her knees, watching two of her friends have their dead bodies carried outside.
"Hey! What's going on?" She heard a familiar voice say. Drew sat up, as she looked behind her, seeing Sam standing behind her. Drew immediately stood up and walked to her.
"Drew? Drew, what's wrong-I" Sam was cut off by Drew suddenly hugging her as she cried. Sam looked around, noticing the crime scene, realizing what had happened, as she looked down at Drew, who was crying into her chest.
"I'm so sorry. I'm sorry." Sam said, as she rubbed her back gently, and rested her chin on Drew's head as she cried.
"Excuse me." They heard someone say, as they both turned around. Drew wiped her tears off her face as she looked over, seeing none other than Gale Weathers.
"You're...We'll, you're you." Sam said to her, a bit surprised to see the woman standing in front of her.
"Last time I checked." She smiled. She noticed the sadness on both of the girls faces.
"Are you both okay? You seem like you're having a bit of a moment." She said to them. "Did you two know the sheriff?"
"Sort of." Sam shrugged. "She didn't like me very much."
"She didn't really like me either."
"I didn't really know her that well, but, I knew her kids. They were two of my best friends." Drew said, tearing up slightly.
"I'm sorry to hear that." Gale said to her.
"No, it's fine. It's...it's not your fault." Drew said to her.
"Um...I'm Samantha. Sam. Carpenter." Sam introduced herself. "My sister and I were attacked."
"Oh. Sorry to hear that." Gale said, sympathizing with her.
"I'm, uh, Drew. Drew Madden. Her sister was my closest friend."
"I'm Gale..." the woman trailed off as she looked over, noticing none other than Dewey. "Riley." She mumbled to herself. "Weathers. I'm Gale Weathers. Excuse me." She said quickly before she ran over to Dewey to talk to him while Sam and Drew stood there.
Sam got in the phone, talking to Richie as Drew stood there for a moment. As Sam was talking on the phone, she recognized one of the cops from the hospital. "I'll call you back." She said, as she hung up.
"Who's at the hospital?" Sam said as she ran over to the cop. The cop looked around, confused.
"Who's watching my sister?" Sam asked him.
Drew looked up, hearing what she said, her anxiety levels immediately rising at the thought of Tara being alone in the hospital.
"I just heard about the sheriff." He said, in poor attempt to defend himself.
Sam scoffed at his incompetent reasoning as she walked off.
"They needed me here!" He shouted as she ran off. Dewey walked by, noticing this, as well as Drew.
"Where are you going?" Drew asked her.
"My sister's in trouble!" Sam shouted as she started getting in the car.
Drew ran towards her as she got in the backseat. "I'm coming with you!"
"What? No, Drew, you stay here or go back home. I cannot put you at risk too."
"But I-"
"I said no!" Sam said to her. Drew sighed as she walked away from the car, eventually watching Sam drive off.

DREW WAS SITTING IN HER room, looking through her photo gallery on her phone, looking at all of the old pictures she took with Wes and Florence, reminiscing about all of the memories she had made with them.
Sloane knocked on the door, and entered anyway, despite Drew not responding. She came over and sat down on the bed.
"Hey, Drew. So, um, Amber's having a party at her house, in honor of Wes and Florence. So, you wanna come?" She asked her.
"I don't know, Sloane. I think this is the first time in my life that I'm not in the mood to go to a party." Drew said, crossing her arms.
"Oh, come on! You don't wanna go to a party to honor your friends?" Sloane replied, obviously trying to coax Drew into going.
Drew sighed. "Okay. I guess I could go." She gave up pretty easily, given that she didn't really have the energy to try and argue against the persistent brunette in front of her.
"Okay. I'll come pick you up later." She smiled as she stood up and left Drew's room. Drew huffed as she laid back down.
Sloane then came back in, peeping her head through the door, much to the irritation of Drew.
"Also, one other thing. Chad's definitely gonna be there, and you might just have a chance." Sloane said, a sly smile on her face, as she walked back out of the room.
