Close to twenty four hours had passed and nothing had been discussed about what game Chishiya and Kagami were going to play. They had also gone through pretty much all of the snacks that they had left. Rather than discuss the games, they discussed life back in their world and Kagami told him absolutely everything she could think of. They discussed her family, her teaching days and even her the good and the bad in her relationship with Niragi. They had also discussed more of Chishiya's childhood, his lack of romantic relationships and his job. It was strange, but, Kagami felt as though she truly knew Chishiya and he knew her.

On Namika's request, they had also swapped their outer wear with Chishiya taking back his white jacket and Namika taking the blue cardigan. Kagami had given the excuse that she preferred the look of Chishiya's cardigan but in reality, she just wanted something that smelled like him. As they finished yet another discussion about Chishiya's job and some of the dodgy things the hospital did, he changed the topic entirely.

"I know what game I want to play first." Chishiya said from where he was standing next to the window. The topic change caught Kagami by surprise. She had the sneaking suspicion that Chishiya was avoiding the topic, so she was glad he had finally come to a decision.

"Finally, it's only taken two days. Arisu and the others have probably already played a game by now." She said and Chishiya shook his head in response.

"Unless they died, I doubt it." He said in a tone that was a little too calm considering the topic. "All of the blimps have remained where they are. I imagine if someone did beat one the games, the blimps would fly off, otherwise there's no way to tell which games remain and which ones have been beaten." Chishiya replied. Kagami preferred the idea that they, like them, hadn't attempted any of the games yet. The thought of Arisu and his group, particularly Kuina, dying was something she tried to avoid thinking of.

"Well, I hope they're not dead. Aren't you worried about them?" Kagami asked and Chishiya raised an eyebrow at her in response.

"No, why?" He asked.

"Because they're our friends?" Kagami deadpanned back to him from where she was sitting on top of the table.

"They're your friends." Chishiya clarified. "I'm sure Arisu will have a bone to pick with me for betraying him and Usagi... if I ever meet up with them again and Kuina was always just more an ally for stealing the cards which I thanked her for by giving her the bomb. But, I wouldn't call any of them my friends." Kagami couldn't help but roll her eyes at him. He was dead set on keeping on the 'I don't care' path even after their conversation about his father and Hayato.

"You're so stubborn." She muttered, pushing herself off of the table and walking towards Chishiya who smirked at her. "Admit it, you like Kuina."

"I don't need to admit that I like her." Chishiya responded. "She was useful. I liked that, thus I liked her." This time, Kagami couldn't help but laugh at Chishiya's thought process. "What's so funny?" He then asked, pushing himself off of the wall to close the space between them.

"You just seem so determined to prove that you don't care about anyone. It's a little amusing." She chuckled.

"I never said that I don't care about anyone." Chishiya replied, stopping only when he was directly in front of her and their faces were a few inches apart. "I care about you. That should count for something." Chishiya murmured, brushing his fingers along her cheek.

"I want you to care about more than just me." She replied, trying not to get distracted by his touch, "I want that wall of yours to come down sometime. I really want to meet the man you'd be without it." She told him, causing him to smirk at her.
