Two days had passed since Chishiya and Kagami found each other again and had crashed at his place in the real world. It had also been four days since the King of Clubs game had come to an end and in that time, the Queen of Diamonds blimp had blown up leaving eight games left. It was about midday and both Chishiya and Kagami were feeling a lot better from when they first entered Chishiya's house. Kagami's back had healed enough that she could move comfortably and without pain and Chishiya had been able to catch up on sleep.
It had also been nice spending time together without any interruption or fear of being killed in one of the games. Kagami had also been able to explore every inch of the house while Chishiya napped on and off. She was currently looking in Chishiya's walk in closet that really didn't have too many clothes in there, but it was clear he preferred white, grey and black clothes.
Unlike the other times she had explored the house, Chishiya was very awake and was sitting on the unmade bed with only a pair of sweatpants on. His hair was a mess and he had a lazy smile on his face as he watched her go through his clothes. As Kagami looked over her shoulder at him, she felt her cheeks redden and she couldn't help but grin as they locked eyes. She was wearing nothing but her underwear and despite how intimate they had been less than an hour ago, she wanted to kiss him. She had never wanted anyone as much as she wanted Chishiya.
Kagami bit down on her lower lip and went back to looking at his clothes before she settled on a long sleeved white button up shirt and slipped it over her head. It was only just long enough that it covered her hips.
"It suits you." Chishiya told her as Kagami walked back over to him and sat on his lap.
"It's not as nice as your white jacket, but it'll do." She replied, placing her arms around his neck.
The plan was to leave Chishiya's house in the afternoon. It wasn't the smartest plan to stay in one place with the King of Spades out and about. So, that meant that all of the affection, love and lust they felt for each other needed to be out of their systems before they left. They both needed to focus and were very well aware of the effect they had on each other. Once they left the house, they had agreed to keep everything buried until they found a way to leave this world... together.
Kagami lent forward and kissed Chishiya as she had done nearly a hundred times over the past two days. His lips were soft and she had gotten used to kissing him without feeling like she needed to gain or give up control. It would be annoying going back to not being so affectionate with him, but it was for the best. It was even her idea. Chishiya, of course, agreed with her reasoning, but still seemed quite surprised at her suggestion.
While she would never say this to Chishiya, Kagami had a slight fear that he would leave her again. Now that they were together and as happy as they were, Kagami was expecting something to go wrong. She didn't trust happiness and Chishiya made her happier than she had ever been before. Feeling Chishiya smile behind the kiss, Kagami pulled back to examine his face.
"What's wrong, beautiful?" He asked and Kagami felt butterflies in her stomach despite his lazy tone. He hadn't called her anything other than Namika before and she wasn't sure how she felt about it.
"Nothing." Kagami replied with a smile, "Just thought that maybe we should get organized and get out of here soon. I want to find Kuina, Arisu and Usagi and if you kiss me like that again then we won't be going anywhere." She told him with a grin and Chishiya gave a nod in response.
"We can do whatever you want." He replied back and Kagami almost kissed him again before she forced herself to get off of him and find her clothes. While she enjoyed wearing Chishiya's shirt, it wasn't practical.
Chishiya didn't move until Kagami was fully dressed and was tying her shoelaces up. He had simply watched her the entire time before finally pushing himself off of the bed and picking up his shirt and the white jacket Kagami loved so much.
