Chapter 87- Goku's back?!

Sibella, Dende and Mr Satan continued to watch as Gohan was trying his best to defeat Majin Buu for a while it appeared that things were even, but that didn't last long, Buu was holding back his powers just to toy with Gohan.

During this time, Mr Satan learned that all the loud bombing sounds had come from Gohan and Buu and that their powers are what was erupting the Earth.

The damage had show upon Gohan who was beaten to inches of his life, luckily Dende was able to race to Gohan's side to heal him back to health.

As soon as Buu realised what had just happened he knew Dende would be a threat, so he aimed an attack right at him, Sibella stood defensively before Dende ready to block the attack, but before it reached them and Mr Satan, another attack blew in from the left and knocked Buu's attempt off course.

"What the?" Sibella gasped.

She then saw that it was Tien who used his Tri-Beam to try and help.

Buu was amused by the feeble attempt and decided to retaliate with an attack of his own, but seconds before he could launch it he was suddenly split in half by a disk of energy.

Looking into the sky they saw it was Goku, but his halo had gone.

"Kakarott, but how?" Sibella gasped, confused.

Buu however was pleasantly surprised, mainly because of Goku's attempt at a surprise attack,

"Dad what are you doing here?!" Gohan shouted.

Buu threatened that he was not afraid and that Goku would soon meet the same fate as all the others.
In that instant Buu's lower half that fell from Goku's attack got up and kicked Tien until he was unconscious.

"See what one kick did to your friend, now imagine what I'll do to you" Buu smirked, confidently.

He then stood ready, expecting Goku to attack, but instead he through something towards Gohan, apparently it was an earring and using it would allow him and Goku to fuse.
Buu was not phased as he felt that even if they fused it would not be enough to defeat him, especially since when the children tried it, it failed even then.
Gohan however missed catching it, began scrambling around trying to find it as quickly as possible.

But Buu was in no mood to wait, so instead he and Goku began fighting all while trying to make finding the earring difficult for Gohan.

"Stay here" Sibella instructed and ran over to Gohan and began helping him.
"Well this isn't going to be easy" she groaned.

Suddenly in that instant, Buu started screaming, his form then changed to wearing Piccolo's white cape.

"The boys fusion has timed out, hes not as strong now, but...that doesn't make him that much less weak" Sibella pondered.

She then began to further wonder how on earth was the earrings supposed to allow Goku and Gohan to fuse. Despite her thoughts she continued to help Gohan search for it.

Goku was acting a little smug now Buu was down a transformation.

"Ah here it is!" Sibella gasped and found it below a large rock.

Quickly she ran over to Gohan and handed it to him, he held it up and told Goku he was ready.
But again with that same smile, Goku powered down from his Super Saiyan 3 stage and stood with his hands on his hips.

"There will be no need for us to fuse any more Gohan, Majin Buu has lost over 1/3 of his power" he smirked.
"Its not finished yet" Buu smiled evilly.

Everyone gasped as they then noticed that part of Buu's head antenna was missing...it suddenly emerged and grabbed onto Gohan.
Sibella screamed and jumped back, but not before grabbing the earring, she attempted to try and help Gohan but he pushed her back.
It's one thing if Buu took Gohan, but if he took Sibella too he would be almost impossible to defeat.

The blob sped past Goku and merged with Majin Buu...and he was now even more powerful then when Gotenks was fused within him.

Goku then flew down towards Sibella and she handed him the earring.

"Now what Kakarott, I doubt the fusion will work between us, I'd hate to imagine what it would look like if a man and woman fused" Sibella explained.

"I...I don't know, I should have used this when I had the chance!" he sighed.

Goku then began looking around trying to find another solution.
Buu however was enjoying the moment, laughing with great amusement, he even tried to screw around with Goku's mind, telling him how his sons had resented him when he left.

"Tell you what I'm going to do, I'll give you to the count of 5 to join bodies with someone, so get moving!" Buu ordered.

Goku had very limited options, and was unsure what to do for at least 4 seconds.

"I've got no choice- put this on!" Goku ordered and was about to throw the earring towards Mr Satan.
"Oh my God- huh?!" Sibella gasped.
"Sibella can you feel that?!" Goku exclaimed.
"I can, go to him, I'll hold off Buu and keep them safe"
"5!" Buu screamed.
"Go now!" Sibella screamed at Goku.

With his instant transmission Goku vanished from sight.

"Oh no you don't!" Buu screamed.

He then charged at Sibella.
