Chapter 18

Leo's POV

As soon a Raph came back from his walk, he went straight to his room. Something wasn't right.

"Raph!" I said knocking on his door.

"Not now," he said.

Knowing he didn't wanna talk, I left.

"What's up with him?" Karai asked sneaking up behind me.

"You scared me," I said smiling.

"Yeah that's kinda what I thought when you jumped," Karai explained.

"Yeah I don't know what's up with Raph, he wouldn't talk to me," I told her.

"Maybe he'll tell me," Karai said going up to his door.

"He probably's not going to wanna talk to anyone," I said.

She ignored my comment and knocked anyways.

"Not now," I heard Raph yell.

"Can I come in?" Karai asked.

I face palmed. If he calls out "not now," he's probably not going to let you on.

"Not now," Raph repeated himself.

Ignored his comment, she opened the door.

Karai's POV

I opened the dot even though he didn't want to talk.

"Didn't I just tell you not now?" Raph snapped.

"Yeah well that wasn't the answer I was hoping for," I explained. "So I figured I'd just let myself in."

"Out," he instructed.

Instead of going out like he told me too, I sat beside him on his bed.

"What's going on Raph?" I asked curiously.

"I'll tell you after," Raph explained.

I looked at him. Does he really expect me to leave?

"What happened?"

"What did I just tell you?" He asked.

"Once again I was looking for another answer,"

"I don't care what you were looking for!" Raph snapped.

I decided it was best not to respond to that. I already made him mad enough.
It was silent. Too silent.

"When exactly is later?" I asked Raph.

"When I call you back in my room,"

"That won't be necessary," I said.

"You're leaving," Raph said.

"Yeah I will, once you tell me what's up,"

He sighed. I think he realized that I'm most likely not going to leave until he tells me what's going on.

"Can't you bug your boyfriend or something?" Raph asked me.

"I'll do that later," I explained with a smirk on my face.

If you can't already tell, I can be really stubborn. No forget that. I AM really stubborn. I like to get my way.

"Fine, if it matters so much to you, I'll tell you, but you can't tell anyone else," Raph explained starting to sound annoyed.

"Don't worry, I'm good with secrets," I said.

The next look he have me made me think that he doesn't believe that I'm good with secrets. I'll let him think whatever he wants to think.

He took a deep breath. Without another hesitation, he looked at the floor and said "Tammy broke up with me,"

"I'm so sorry Raph," I said not expecting this.

"Yeah it's a great way to start what was our anniversary," Raph said sarcastically.

"What happened?" I asked.

"I'm actually not really sure. She just broke up with me and didn't really say anything else," Raph explained to me still looking at the floor.

"I'm gonna give you some space now," I said getting up,"

"Now you leave," he said.

I chuckled and left.

I felt bad for him. I truly did. Today was the worst day to get dumped considering it was their anniversary.
