Chapter 26

Mikey's POV

I was in my room doing nothing out of the ordinary when Raph came in.

"Can I talk to you?" Raph asked sounding a bit nervous.

"Sure," I said.

He came in and took a seat on my beanbag chair.

"You like to party, right?"

"Yeah," I replied a bit confused on why he'd ask me this.

"How about we have a party."

"Now?" I asked even more confused.

"No not now. I was thinking for Sunday or something," Raph said.

"Okay," I answered.

Raph looked at me a bit strangely.

"You're not going to argue with me?"

"No." Yeah sure we may get grounded, but it's not like we haven't before," I said.

"Thanks for agreeing. Now I only need to convince two more people," Raph said.

"Good luck with that," I said a bit sarcastically. I doubt that he'll be able to convince Leo. He may have some troubles getting Donnie on board with the plan, but with Leo, it's a whole different story.

Raph's POV

I decided to see Donnie next. Hopefully he will agree that we should have a party. If he doesn't, that may be a problem.

I walked down to Donnie's room, and sure enough he was in there. I knocked on the door.

He answered with a "Come in!"

I opened the door and walked in. I stood up in front of him while he sat on his bed.

"I've been thinking."

"That can't be good," Donnie mumbled.

"How about we through a party."

"Are you insane?" Donnie asked right after I finished speaking.

"No," I said.

"We'd get in so much troubles if we got caught," Donnie said.

"That's why we wouldn't get caught," I explained.

"How are you so sure that we wouldn't?"

"Well I'm not, but we'd try and hide all of the evidence," I explained to Donnie.

"I'm not going along with it," Donnie said as if he wasn't even considering it.

"What if I invite Brenna?" I asked.

"I don't like her!" he yelled getting frustrated.

"Didn't you kiss her?" I asked bugging him again.

"It was one time Raph, one time!" Donnie told me.

"Fine, if you don't wanna party with us, you can leave that night."

"And what would happen when I told Splinter that you had a party?" Donnie asked threading me.

"Then I'll tell him about Brenna," I said blackmailing him.

"Okay I guess I can leave and not tell him," Donnie said.

"Just what I thought," I said and left.

There's only one person left to convince, Leo.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to convince Leo. Leo was supposed to be the one in charge for this week. If I can't convince Leo, there will be no party.

I walked to Leo's room. He wasn't there so I checked the main floor. There he was sitting in the dinning room. I came and took a seat across from him.

"What's up Raph?" Leo asked me.

"Well, I've always wanted to do this, so please do t say no. How about he have a party?" I asked hopping that he'd say yes.

"No," he said right after I told him not to say that.

"Everyone else is on board though," I explained.

"Well that's too bad that there won't be a party."

I had to come up with a good reason to have one. I couldn't think of anything.

"Would you tell Splinter if we had one?" I asked Leo hoping that he'd say no this time.

"Yes," he answered.

"It'd be so much fun though" I said enthusiastically.

"I know it would be, but I don't wanna get in trouble."

"But you wouldn't because sensei doesn't have to know!"

"My answer is no Raph," Leo said and walked away.

I'll have to find a way to make him break. I know he wants to go along with it, but he just doesn't wanna get in trouble. I'll have to get Karai to talk to him or something.
