chapter 11

you were in complete shock. you had blood on your face, from being right beside glenn. you were starting to get dizzy from all the tears that had fallen. the saviors and negan left you all, right where you were. he gave a speech about how he owned all of you but you tuned it out. all the memories of your mom and glenn and all the times before this coming back.

(flash back will be this font)

"mom!" you yelled running towards her and hugging her, she'd went on a run and they were gone longer than expected.
"hey kiddo!" she said smiling and hugging you back
"i thought i lost you" you said
"your never gonna lose me kid" she said

bullshit you thought. then you thought about glenn.

"hey kiddo!" he said walking to you
"hey glenn" you smiled at him
"imma head out and look for your mom alright?" he said
"yeah sure, she's gonna be back though!" you tried to sound convincing
"i know she will kid" he smiled at you
"be safe please, I can't lose you" you pleaded
"im not going anywhere kid" he said hugging you

absolutely fucking bullshit.
you lost both of the people you cared most about in the fucked up world. who'd you have now? no one. carl was gonna be to busy with enid once we were back at alexandria. and well maggie? she definitely hates you almost as much as you hate her at least you think. and ron and jessie? well maybe them. just maybe. you knew you had ron at least.

you snapped back to reality by maggie screaming
"I've gotta do this myself!" she yelled
"no let us help!" rick said
"we loved him too" carl added
you looked to the left of you to see them all standing by what was left of glenn's body. you started crying again. the fact he was dead, and you had no one would haunt you forever.

"he wouldn't want you crying y/n" carl said hugging you
"please go away Carl" you said standing up
"y/n, im here for you and i will always will be." he said in a caring voice. you couldn't take it anymore.
"bullshit! it's all bullshit!" you yelled and everyone looked at you
"what?" Rick asked looking at you
"everyone says they won't leave but then they do! It's a fucked up promise because then all you remember is them promising not to leave!" you yelled
"hey kid-" rick started to put his hand on your shoulder and you ran to glenn's body tears erupting out of you as you laid your head on his chest. kid, kiddo, bud. all of the things glenn and your mom called you. you couldn't deal with this, it was the end of you. or was it just the beginning? either way, you weren't so sure if you'd make it alive out of all this with everyone and you couldn't lose anyone else. so you decided you'd stay far far away, at least for now. but it didn't work for long. actually it didn't work at all.
