I was becoming anxious.

It was lunch time as I was about to open the letter until I felt warm hands press against both of my shoulders.

"What!" I feared holding my heart.

"Got you!" He laughed. "Promised I would catch up!" We started walking along the little pathway with flowers and what not.

"Where were you anyways, Cam? I mean I know where but what was your punishment?"

"New student I had to assist."

"Ah." I spoke.

It was kind of silent with Cameron after that. It was comforting though. Im always comfortable with him.

Sometimes I wonder if I like him.

Don't I do that with everyone though...

"Come over today?"

"Sure."

A lot of times I'd just go to his house without an invite but he asked this time.

"By the way the craziest thing! You know how lately, nobody has been wanting to by that one house a couple lights away from me. Too expensive? And like grand. Well it's funny because I guess now I have a new neighbor and it's actually that new student I guided earlier. So come to my house then we can go to his. You always talked about wanting to look in there. And that pool! It's still hot!"

Cameron was so excited, I suppose it made me the slightest bit of thrilled too.

"So... but, do you think some guy like him will be offering to use his pool like already. It's only the first day of school."

"Look, I'm popular. Of course he will want a cool guy to visit and give an inspection with some good words to our fellow class." he gave a really sly face while holding his hands surrendering.

Cameron is quite the cool kid, he is so respectful and everyone loves him in a snap. It makes me wonder why I'm his friend.

I mean I hop around but I don't get why he actually doesn't mind sticking around with me.

"You aren't going to like him more than me, right?" I pouted. He grabbed my hand and whispered along it, "never."

After lunch, I had two more classes left. It turns out that the next class is with Cameron. I had no classes with Aaron. But it's alright, we are all still pretty close even though we don't have classes with each other.

Remember how I said I had different groups to hang out with well Aaron and Cameron are one, but my third group kind of dropped me.

I don't know...
