Gee speaking of them...

I was walking home with the letter in my hand until I saw them.

Them as in, the guys I use to hang out with.

They found out I caught feelings for one of their friends, which is stupid, they knew that I get clingy real easy and always question my feelings. My feelings for their friend was like the feelings I have for Cameron or Taylor.

It's kind of there but I'm not to sure.

He was always there for me which is why I assumed I liked him. I don't really know what "liking" is.

Makes me wonder who I will ever actually like, since I'm always questioning myself with these "do I like him" type of curiosity.

Catch on yet? I always wonder and think.

Anyways, I feel them coming my way but I try to walk faster so they don't catch up. I already see them from the angle and can tell they're going to approach me sooner or later.

"What's that!" The tall one says as he pulls something out my back pocket. I always clutch tight on my backpack straps when I'm feeling awkward. "A letter?"

"Labeled..." the short one paused. "Secret Admirer?" They laughed and hit each other's chests. "It's not your crush Sammy is it?" They teased, knowing that, yeah, he's the friend that I 'liked.'

"Can I have it back? Please. I never read it yet." I sighed, jumping trying to reach it from the air where they were dangling it.

I heard a honk and both the guys abruptly stopped. "Jacks, stop messing with him." The two nodded and scurried off.

"Shawn come here." He called as he unlocked the door for me. I hopped in the car and mentally sighed, face palming.

They have my letter.

"Is that yours?" Cameron asked pointing to the sidewalk where the red envelope stuck in between the cracks.

Everyone has been picking up my letter lately.

It's like a sign.

Nobody wants me to leave this letter behind.

"You okay Shawn?" He laid a hand on my thigh. "I promise, we can go to that guys house and it will be rad."

I nodded and let him drive up the steep road since his house was like up, up there.

"No need for good impressions. He's just some new student from America. Can't be that cool anyways. I mean not like that, but, we can always build a friendship. I uh, I'll shut up now." Cameron stuttered.

The way he explains this new student, makes it seem like he's som socially awkward kid who uses his parents money to lure friends into his big house.

Cocky much?

But these are Cameron's words, I need to meet the guy before I know who he is personally.

Wow his house is just one turn away and I'm feeling all these butterflies.

I'm no good at talking to new people.

Let alone go to their homes.

Notice how Aaron and Cameron both see the envelope drop on the ground, and how every time he wants to read it, he gets inturrupted.
