11.Readjustment classes/torture

John: "Where the heck am I supposed to start?!..."

Sera: "I'll start...well after the whole Claire thing, he beat up those people pretty bad so the authorities were called..."

Remi: "I already know this is gonna be bad..."

Blyke: "If the authorities are involved then definitely..."

Isen: "Oh man..."

Arlo: "Come on they're not that bad...they just haven't seen how wrong the system is yet, I'm sure that once they see the situation of low-tiers they'll, change."

John: "I thought he knew everything?"

*whispers*

Remi: "Well we didn't tell him all of it...his aunt is one 'of them'..."

John: "You mean just works for the authorities or part of..."

Blyke: "One one of our...visits we ran into one of them and we're pretty sure she the one who..."

Isen: "...killed Remi's brother...who was also Arlo's close friend..."

John: "Ah...that's...he's gonna be...he won't believe you will he..."

Remi: "...I mean you can't blame him, he looks up to her a lot.."

John: "...I get it but he needs to find out sooner or later..."

Arlo: "What are you guys talking about?"

Remi, John, Blyke, and Isen: "NOTHING!"

Sera: "John, you're supposed to be telling us what happened..."

John: "Right...Well, the authorities put me in some readjustment classes...and it fixed me...and then I came to Welston wanting to hide my ability...Okwellthatsitbye!"

Sera: "JOHN!"

John: "What!?... That is what happened..."

Sera: "Tell them what happened during those classes..."

John: "The only reason I could even tell you is because you already knew 'his' ability..."

Sera: "Come on John...it's good for them to know..."

Blyke: "Umm...it'll be fine...you can tell us..."

Remi: "Yeah! You can trust us..."

At that, John turned to them and sighed.

John: "Fine, now that you know I'm hiding something you'll keep asking me anyway..."

Sera: "Oh and, John, those classes definitely didn't fix or help you, they made it like 100 times worse..."  

Isen: "Waitwaitwait..."

Blyke: "Was it really that bad...I mean your trauma is already pretty bad..."

Arlo: "Yeah...how could it get worse..."

Remi: "I mean I knew the authorities wouldn't exactly help, but I'm with them... how could it be worse..."

Arlo: "Oh and I forgot it was with the authorities, I did hear from my aunt that they help high-tiers who don't understand hierarchy...but I don't understand how a few lessons about hierarchy could be THAT bad..."

Sera: "I won't say 'lessons', it's more like...torture..."

Arlo*eye roll*: "I wouldn't call listening to someone talk about hierarchy 'torture'."
