much.stay:
chapter three
y/n finds the three chatting near their horses. well, more like two of them. the third just watched fondly which makes her frown, the guilt eating her up.she made her way towards them, hoping to give them some encouraged words but she sees two of them walk away when someone calls them.
levi just tsks, and faces his horse. she shakes her head, standing in front of him. " what do you want? "
" discipline. "
he sighs shortly, looking agitated and speaks in the most monotonous voice ever. " how may i help you, captain? "
" now that's more like it. " she smiled, raising a hand to give him a head pat, but with a snap, he's holding her wrist to stop her. she raises an eyebrow, waiting for him to give up.
he just stares back at her, eyes squinted, his grip tightening around her wrist before he let go, a scowl taking over his features.
she chuckles, knowing that it irks him too as she pats his head. " don't die out there. " he stood there unmoving even as she grabs her
horse and leaves, his cheeks tinted red.
she was really annoying. he'd kill her first, he had decided.
----
" focus. "
levi clenched his jaw, ready to snap at her because he is fucking focused, but he notices she's talking to her friend - the crazy woman with goggles that creeped him out a few days ago - and not him.
he huffed, taking a deep breath. nerves were certainly getting to him. he was worried about his friends facing titans because neither of them have ever seen one.
he's scared for them deep down, he hopes they'll all be fine and he'll be able to complete the mission. then, he can leave this hell hole with his friends and live freely.
the walls were about to open and erwin smith was giving his speech, he almost rolled his eyes, glancing at his friends who are excited yet nervous, he sighs.
it was like a breath of fresh air as soon as his
horse starts to move, exits the walls, the bright light of the sky making him flinch as he stared at the sky. the wind caressed him gently yet fiercely, like freedom.
he took a deep breath, watching in awe as the birds fly in the endless sky, the forests far away and the land that is so vast. it was so beautiful, yet so sad.
" levi, take formation. you'll fall
behind. "" yes, captain. " he muttered, ready to move along with his troop, " don't leave your friends' side. "
