It was officially summer, and today was the day the group was officially going to be living together.

"What is that?" Blythe asked Paxton who had been bringing in a bunch of seemingly random items that were not packed up.

"This is my croissant shaped nightlight," he said.

"Was that really necessary to bring?" Josiah huffed, setting down his own box of belongings that Blythe knew had to be meticulously packed. "This is just a trial period, Pax."

"I'm scared of the dark," Paxton said. "It's going to show me the way."

Denver came down the stairs. "I cleared the closet of the second bedroom. Blythe is going to share with me in the main bedroom, so you and Pax will have to share the other," he told Jo.

"Great," Josiah said sarcastly, glancing at Paxton who grinned.

"You better be careful how you talk to me, grumpy. I know where all of your fancy suits will be hiding," Paxton said, gathering his random items and taking them upstairs.

Denver picked up one of Jo's boxes by the door. He struggled with it for a second. "What the hell is in this thing?"

"Pots and pans for the kitchen," Josiah said.

"I have pots and pans you know," Denver said, setting it on the counter.

Blythe laughed, trying to muffle it with the blanket she was sitting under.

"Are you laughing at us?" Josiah teased, narrowing his eyes.

"No," she said, unable to contain the second spill of laughter. She couldn't help it. She was so happy, so excited for this next step. She knew it would be an adjustment, but she looked forward to finding the balance and learning more about each other in the process.

Josiah came over to the couch. He gripped her chin, giving her a rough kiss. "We'll see who's laughing later when we finally try out that new bed."

He released his grip, going back to his boxes.

Blythe had been the first to arrive, so most of her things had been brought in and unpacked. It was mostly clothes, and some of her favorite trinkets she felt she couldn't live with out. Her apartment wasn't going anywhere if she needed to get the rest of her stuff some other time.

Josiah took a box upstairs, so she went to the kitchen to see what Denver was up to.

"Look at you," Denver cooed, throwing the empty box onto the ground. He reached for her, lifting her up onto the empty space. He stepped between her legs.

She held his neck, her hand tangling into his hair.

"I'm so excited that you all are moving in, Bee," he whispered, knocking his forehead on hers.

She smiled. "Me too."

He gave her a soft kiss. His hand went to the back of her head, holding her in place as he increased pressure.

He rolled his hips. She let out a quiet gasp, throwing her head back.

"You like that?" he asked, doing it again.

"Yes," she whispered.

He pressed his lips to hers firmly, urgently.

"That's so unfair, starting the party without us when we haven't even unpacked yet," Paxton whined.

"You can unpack," Denver said pointedly.

Blythe laughed. "I think we have two grumps, Pax."

"Maybe we should've moved in together, and let the two of them be," Pax grinned.

"You know what, brat?" Denver asked, stepping up to Paxton. He backed him into the wall, his hand going around his neck. He didn't apply pressure, but he did tilt Paxton's head. "I'm getting tired of your fucking attitude."

Paxton's amusement didn't fade. Blythe watched his eyes fall to Denver's lips.

"You tell him, cowboy," Josiah said from the other room.

"What are you going to do about it?" Paxton asked. "Fight me?"

Denver furrowed his brows in confusion.

"Or maybe, if you're man enough, you'll fuck me," Pax finally finished.

That was Denver's last straw. His mouth landed on Paxton's in a frenzy, his hand never straying from his throat.

"Poor baby," Josiah said, pulling Blythe's gaze away from the scene in front of her. "Denver really just abandoned you."

She nodded, giving him a smile.

"Do you want to come upstairs with me while I unpack?"

"Okay," she agreed.

She reached for him. He stepped closer, pecking her lips. He eased her down off the counter by her hips.

"Denver's not going to fuck a guy for the first time up against a wall anyway," Josiah said, taking her hand.

"How do you know?" she asked, following him up the stairs.

"It takes more practice and preparation on both ends for that to be possible. It can't exactly be spur of the moment," he said.

"I would like to see it," Blythe admitted. She sat on the bed, watching him organize his clothes. He was very particular about everything. She liked it though. She liked how different each of her guys were.

It was crazy to think about the last few months of her life. She couldn't believe that one elevator ride would introduce her to the loves of her life. And now, they were living together. She couldn't wait to see where things were going to go.
