It was very late in the evening by the time Tenera made her way through the compound to Quaritch's quarters. She didn't intend on staying quite that late, but once she gets into a project she loses track of time. It was the impatient notification that popped up on her datapad that forced her to stop. Along the way she passed her room and couldn't remember the last time she actually stayed the night in there.
Although she could just enter freely, she knocked lightly on his door and he let her inside, pressing her against it instantly. It was usually like this. As soon as they were alone together, he wanted her close and she wasn't going to complain.
"Gonna need you to stop working so damn late." He mouthed against her skin, peppering kisses down her jaw and throat that slowly became more forceful.
"Why, miss me?" She loved teasing him, the responses were well worth the effort. Her hands ran under his shirt, feeling the muscles tense and release in tandem with her touch. He released his tight hold just long enough for her to pull off his shirt. Swiftly, he lifted her and pushed her legs to wrap around him.
"You tell me." He pushed her against the door and made sure she could feel him. Quickly moving away from the door, he lowered her onto the bed, his hand immediately splayed out on her bare midriff. Slowly running up to her neck, lifting the shirt as he went until he finally threw it on the floor.
Ten loved and hated the way he looked at her when they were like this. Both in reverence and depravity, like he wanted to worship and then devour her, which he would and did. She loved it, loved him, but was unwilling to admit that to the man looking at her fervently. If he ever found out the truth, what she really was... He wouldn't stay with her and selfishly, she wasn't ready to give this up yet. Her eyes with color shielded contacts closed as he ran his hands down her body sensually.
She was a Paragon, a bio-engineered humanoid, alive in her own right but not considered to be a person, human. They were designed for a specific task or duty and to execute it perfectly, in ways a human could never accomplish. There were Paragons of knowledge, combat, medicine, science, history, any kind of study possible there was most likely a Paragon for it. They were integral to the study of many fields. There were also... others. All of them had red eyes, a beacon to ensure everyone knew what they were. Tools, things, not people.
Unfortunately for her, she was more human than any other Paragon before her. Paragons were created without emotions, so nothing could hinder their predetermined goals and directives, but not her. The RDA created her with emotions, not intentionally but that's how it turned out. Initially they were just trying to make a Paragon that would be completely devoted to the RDA. However, loyalty is bound to emotions. So here she was, parading around like a human. Hiding behind contacts that hurt her eyes more and more.
She couldn't risk him seeing her eyes, going so far as to change them out every morning after leaving his room. He treated her as an equal, with respect she didn't technically deserve. She didn't want to know how he would react if he found out she was sub-human. Even if by some miracle, he decided her being a Paragon wasn't an issue, it would become one as soon as he realized what she was the Paragon of, and what her training actually entailed. A bite to her inner thigh jolted her from her thoughts.
"Always stuck in your damn head, I want your attention on me ." Their eyes locked and his mouth descended on her clit. The wanton moan he ripped from her caused him to hum as he sucked the nub into his mouth fully, dancing his tongue around it.
When had he removed her pants? He was right, she did get lost in her head a lot. Her thighs clenched around his head and he moaned against her as she ran a hand through his short, cropped hair. He tugged her closer and closer to the edge, guiding her to completion with his tongue until he lifted away, right before she reached that final crest. Trembling, she glared at him angrily and whined as he ran his finger around the swollen nub.
