"The guild is a place where mages join groups for a common goal funded by merchants," Lux and Kitsune explained to Apollon and Helios. I realize that's a bit ambiguous, so we'll stick to the Warrior guild. When they entered, they were greeted by the smell of alcohol, a stench of overpowering musk and fragrances, and money being transferred around. The merchants and purchasers distinguish a Guild from a club. The Guild's lifeblood. A club does not require buyers, let alone merchants who come in on a regular basis to spend their silver and gold. Apollon adds his thoughts. "With so much money going around, Lycaon would have a field day."
The guild is organized into three sections: poet, soldier, and king. The poet is a place where information is collected, distributed, and sold. It's always near the bar. People go to the soldier to buy warriors to defend mages and things or to take down the most wanted criminals, and the king to retrieve missing items.This guild is one of the few in the Realm where all three are present. Apollon wonders why they are here when Master Ajax and Leader Ueman pay them well. Ueman and Phoenix, according to Lux and Kitsune, advised the group to get more diverse experience and a job. You guys are both 13, thus you're also eligible to join a guild.
An older witch take a look at Apollon. " Oh you are definitely Sunny warlock's little warlock" They turn to lux. One laughs in joy and yell. " you must be sunny warlock's little brother. Back from your travels?" Lux sighs, " My name is Lux. We don't have time to speak. We have to join a guild."
Apollon asks who Sunny Warlock is. One of them, with a scraggly beard, examines his face intently. Helio Huitzilpachi Chronos is your father. A man who has never refused a mission and has never failed. You've got his chiseled cheekbones and sparkling yellow eyes." Apollon inquired as to which guild he belonged. " Everyone laughs. "Of course, he was a member of our soldier guild. Your father was an inborn hero."
Lux had to cut the conversation short as they had not all day. The team signed up for a guild. Lux wanted Apollon to join his guild, the King guild but he decided to go on an do a three-way contract with the whole Guild itself. Kitsune wasn't expecting his younger brother to be in a poet guild like him but the Soldier guild, like his father was. Which was true. Kitsune saw Twilight in the guild of poets trading information back and forth. Kitsune tried to walk towards her, but a crowd blocked his way, and lost sight of her. They were all supposed to propose a mercantile mission. He appeared to be a familiar face. He had dirty blond hair that almost looked brown, is 6 feet tall, and had brown soft eyes with scars below the left eye that resembled a cross. It wasn't just any merchant; it was Loach Caturix Neit. The light sword's swordsmen. " I wouldn't entrust this mission to anyone but you mages. Lia Fail stone was stolen from my cult after parts of their facility were destroyed during our combat."
Apollon ask what will they get." Laoch laughs at Apollon bluntness. " 100 philos" Everyone mouth drop. Apollon denies the offer. " I want something else?" Loach asks what he would like. " I need more information about the zodiacs." Loach sighs." You know i can't do that." Apollon shrugs." Well, I guess you're going to have to find another team." Apollon slowly turns his back. Loach relents and agrees but in the condition that the information remains confidential, and they he never told them. Apollon extended his hand. Loach gives him a firm handshake. The group Apollon talked too heard, not well, of 100 philos and wanted to join.
All three of them introduce themselves. The one with the long beautiful blond hair and golden bronze skin was Caliare Tōnatiuh. She is the leader of the group. The next was the older guy with the scraggy beard and dusty clothes name Arki Nanahuatzin. Everyone claim him to be the most reckless and hardworking of the three. Lastly the youngest who is nickname the mutt is Solaire Talaloc Huitzilpachi. He had a very youthful look and a bright smile. Blond with extremely bright yellow eyes that sparkle. Laoch gave them a photo of a warlock. He look like the average Paradise citizens. He had dark brown hair, brown eyes, olive skin, and heavy brows. He appeared to be in his forties, with a birthmark on his cheek. Everyone took a thorough look around. Before they left out for Sophia's province. Loach claims. "This warlock is a well-known smuggler near Sophia's most prosperous ports." He constantly manages to sneak through the cracks."
They soon take the train to the Province of Sophia, and a chariot to the ports. Apollon worries this is going to take days as there was waves of crowds. Caliare say they are light mages and can do it in hours. Apollon ask what she means. She was shocked." Did your father teach you anything about light mage abilities." He answers with," Wherever light shines a light mage can see." She smiles at that answer." Just like i taught him."
Arki proposed that they collaborate to magnify their sights. The three join hands with Apollon. Lux also decided to join. They direct the flood of mana into their eyeballs. Almost see the entire city layout. The sight of everything at once overwhelmed Apollon. He was perplexed by what he was looking at. Lux tracked him down in a matter of seconds." We found him." Caliare is in charge." You're a little faster than me." Lux informs Kitsune and Helio that he is lurking among the crowds near the docs.
As they rush at them 3 witches come at them. The trio dealt with them with fast fluid movements, a string of punches, knocking them out. Helios and Apollon were told to move people away from battle as Kitsune and Lux engage in battle. He was extremely fast and invasive. Kitsune and Lux occasionally clash with him and his dagger. as they corner him his sandals grew wings and rocket up. Kitsune grew 5 flaming fox tails. He closed his eyes and focus on the thief. Suddenly the thief comes flying down and had his knees to the ground, The group rap him in rope. Kitsune open his eyes and felt lightheaded. The thief was confused what happened trying to get rid of the rope that bind him. Helios check if he is alright." You grew so many tails at once. Isn't that a bit reckless." Helios help him up. Giving his shoulder to lean on. Caliare ask what he did. Kitsune explain is one of his tailed fox spells, the 5th tail allows for the possession of other bodies.
They made it back to the guild with the thieves and give back the Lia Fail stone to Laoch.
