Mina's POV

[About 2 weeks later]

"What's all this?"

I walk outside the room onto our wooden patio, greeted by the Hawaiian breeze. Our place is a luxurious condo that combines boho and modern. We have an infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

"Just a little something I put together, sit down"

Nayeon charmingly pulls out a chair and I take a seat before a grandly assorted breakfast.

"You prepared all of this?"

"No, but the resort did"

I let out a giggle, she never fails to make me laugh.

"What's the plan today love?"

"I have a full day scheduled, but be warned I will have to take a couple of business calls..."

I pout.

"Yah don't make that face"

"What happened to our much needed vacation?" I say in an even poutier voice

Promotions for my drama had finally ended. My speech at the Baeksang Awards had gone viral and brought me even more attention than my relationship with Soo-Hyun. The company had come through to the media about forcing me into the relationship. There were some negative effects but surprisingly the public was supportive of me and Nayeon.

Nayeon received lots of attention for her visuals, as expected, along with her being a doctor. People fell in love with our story. It makes me proud.

"I know I know, but these are things that can't be put on hold. It will be quick don't worry" she take my hand in hers and and gently rubs it with her thumb. I take in a gentle breath and nod. Not a big deal.

I take it back. It is a big deal. How many business calls does a doctor have to take? I thought pediatricians could just get their duties covered. I will call my father and let him know to get his employees to do their job. Nayeon is supposed to be all mine for the next month!

First, we were in the spa together getting Swedish massages. I fell asleep due to the soothing techniques of the experts, but when I woke up Nayeon was gone. She left me napping alone butt naked in a towel.

Then for lunch, we were receiving a private omakase (Chef designed sushi course) and Nayeon left me halfway! I had to apologize to the Chef and eat twice the amount of sushi. I lectured her for a good hour about how disrespectful that was to me and my culture.

Now, I am talking to a random woman because Nayeon has decided to get up and take a call again.

"You look like you could use some company" the lady says in a seductive tone

"Sorry I'm with my girlfriend"

"Some girlfriend to be leaving a smoking hot girl like you all alone" she runs her eyes up and down my body.

"I'm sorry but I am not interested" I reject her advances once more. The lady isn't necessarily unattractive, but she isn't Nayeon.

"Tsk, I hope you enjoy yourself then" she walks away giving me a dirty look.

Where on earth is Nayeon? She said she would be back 10 minutes ago. We were supposed to watch the sunset together and now it's pitch black and cold. I decide to go back to our condo.

I frustratingly slam the door. If she wants to leave me alone then she can stay lonely herself! However, I am greeted by rose petals scattered across the floor and candles ambiently lighting the room.
