Mina's POV
I was definitely surprised and enjoyed Seungkwan's visit at lunch. But what surprised me and made me feel more emotion is seeing Nayeon again.
I didn't even notice she was right in front of me until Dad acknowledged her presence. She's still overflowing with irresistible charm, and the white lab coat she was wearing really added to it. Her voice got a little deeper and her hair is dyed an auburn brown.
My heart fluttered when she displayed her bunny teeth when she smiled at Dad during their handshake. I wasn't anticipating her arrival whatsoever.
When Nayeon left for America she lost contact with everyone except Jeongyeon since she was the one paying for life, but I still couldn't help but feel a little jealous that I wasn't able to talk to her.
For the first couple of months Nayeon was gone I spent my nights crying and rereading her paper cranes over and over again. They were the only things I had left of her since we never got a photo together.
Jeongyeon updated me and the rest of our friends on how Nayeon was doing every now and then but eventually, I knew I had to move on with my life. Yet Nayeon has reappeared out of nowhere with no warning and I already feel the emotions I buried in the past coming back.
My phone rings and I pick it up.
"Mina!"
"Chaeyoung-ah"
"You better not be doing anything tonight"
This little beast never quits going out. She's made it big in the fashion industry and she goes out to bars and clubs with the excuse of scouting out models. In her defense, she has found some extremely beautiful people some nights.
"I'm busy you know that"
"Ugghhh you always say you're busy. Come on, you have to come out. Everyone is going tonight."
"Really?"
It's been a while since I've seen Sana and Momo since the Momo's schedule is packed being a professional dancer and Sana has an awkward inconsistent day and night schedule being a news anchor. Our whole group successfully accomplished all our dreams but now we're all too busy with our careers to come together.
"Yes. Tonight is going to be extra fun so are you coming or what?"
"Fine, I'll be there."
I mean how could I miss such a rare occasion?

"Mitang!"
"Sana! Momoring!"
I greet my Japanese friends after not seeing them for so long. They pull me into a tight hug.
"Hey what about me?"
Momo raises her fists and shows her teeth while fake threatening Chaeyoung.
"Yah~~!"
Sana giggles and simply hugs Chaeyoung treating her like a baby. Tzuyu and Dahyun soon arrive shortly afterward. Tzuyu is glowing in a body tight red dress
"Sorry I just came from a shoot" she says in an embarrassed voice pulling her dress down as she takes a seat Tzuyu has succeeded in becoming a high fashion model. She's littered everywhere in Vogue magazine.
"Don't be shy!" Chaeyoung teases
"Learn to show off your sexiness Tzuyu-ah" Momo starts swaying her perfect and toned body sexily. Tzuyu just blushes and shakes her head dismissing the older girl's comments
