Someone I can trust and love?

Chapter 8

When Noi woke up the next morning, he remembered what he did last night. He covered his red face with his hands.

Noi's mind: "Ugh I still don't know why I did that!"

He heard noises coming from the kitchen so he now knows that Pierce is up.

Noi's mind: "Wait-" "Does he remember what happened!?"

He laid down then rolled around on his bed still with his hands covering his face.

Noi's mind: "Oh what am I going to do?!" "This is so embarrassing!"

Soon he heard footsteps coming towards his door, a knock, then Pierce's voice.

Pierce: "Hey Noi, are you awake?"

Noi quickly got up and headed towards his door and opened it.

Noi: "Yup!" "Morning Pierce!"

Pierce: "Morning." "Breakfast is ready."

Pierce went back into the kitchen.

Noi: "Huh?"

Noi's mind: "I guess he doesn't remember what happened yesterday." "That's a good thing..." "right?"

Noi looked a little down at that thought before going into the kitchen, while Pierce was there eating his breakfast, he looked up and noticed Noi's sad expression.

Pierce: "Hey Noi are you okay?" "You seem a bit down?"

Noi: "Huh?" "Oh, don't worry I'm fine."

Pierce: "Is it about what happened last night?"

With that, Noi shot up his now bright red face.

Noi's mind: "So he does remember!?"

Noi: "Um...Well...Um..."

While Noi was trying to talk, Pierce got up and walked towards Noi. Noi seemed confused at first at what Pierce was doing then he found out why. Pierce had placed a hand on Noi's cheek and pulled him into a kiss, Noi was taken by surprise at first but soon kissed back. As soon after they broke the kiss, Pierce started talking.

Pierce: "Noi, even though I knew you for almost two years now." "I'd started to grow feelings for you and I wanted to tell you that yesterday but couldn't, so after what you did the other night actually took me by surprise."

Noi just stood there listening with a bit of red on his face.

Pierce: "What I'm saying is that...would you like to be my boyfriend?"

Noi chuckled and smiled.

Noi: "Yes, I would love to be your boyfriend."

Pierce smiled and picked up Noi, who was caught by surprise.

Noi: "Woah-!"

Pierce laughed.

Pierce: "Sorry, I'm just glad you said yes."

Noi smiled and gave Pierce a kiss on the cheek.

Noi's mind: "I wish I could tell my friends that I'm having a good life here and I've even found love."

Meanwhile in Daemos, the search party seemed to have given up after searching for a very long time. But Noi's "fiance" was growing impatient and decided to take matters into his own hands. (@Maranthisb1tch thanks for the name, his name is now Jade)

Jade: "Hm, if they can't find him then could he have gone somewhere else?"

He went into his library and picked up a book then opened it.

Jade: "This spell may take some time but if it finds him then it's fine."

He turned to a tracking spell and the list of ingredients weren't easy to find but he'll do anything at this point to find Noi.

Jade: "Welp no time to waste, better get looking."

He closed the book and headed out of his place. He didn't notice that Leif was listening in on him so after Leif heard that he was going to use a tracking spell to find Noi so he needed to tell Asch and Rhys, he quickly ran to Rhys's place.

Leif: "GUYS!!"

He burst through the door startling Asch and Rhys.

Asch: "Jeez Leif what was that about?"

Rhys: "Is something wrong?"

Leif: "Yes there's something wrong!"

With that it caught both Asch's and Rhys's attention.

Rhys: "Well what happened?"

Leif: "I heard that Jade is going to make a tracking spell to find Noi!"

Rhys & Asch: "WHAT!?"

Asch: "But aren't tracking spells hard to make?"

Rhys: "Yes they are but I doubt that would stop him."

Leif: "Well what should we do?" "Should we get to Noi or try to stop Jade from getting the ingredients?"

Asch: "I say we should try to stop Jade since even though the ingredients are hard to find we should try to get them before he does." "Rhys, do you have the list of the ingredients?"

Rhys: "Yes I do."

He walks to a bookshelf and grabs the same book as Jade grabbed and opened it then showed it to Asch and Leif.

Leif: "Well what are we waiting for?" "Let's get going!"

Asch: "He's right, let's go."

Rhys nodded and the three left to try to stop Jade from getting the ingredients.

Back to Earth, Noi told Kawaii Chan and Aphmau that he and Pierce are now dating. The two were happy for Noi.

Aphmau/Kawaii Chan: "We're happy for you Noi/Noi Kun!"

Noi chuckled.

Noi: "Thank you two."

Aphmau: "So.~" "Who confess first?~"

Kawaii Chan: "Yeah she's right, was it you or Pierce Kun?"

Noi: "Oh well um..."

He then explains what happened last night when he gave Pierce a quick kiss before running into his room and how Pierce kissed him in the morning.

Aphmau: "So you sorta confess first?"

Noi just shrugged.

Noi: "Well I honestly thought that Pierce forgot about it till he brought it up again."

Kawaii Chan: "Welp doesn't matter now since you and Pierce Kun are finally together!"

Aphmau: "She's right, we actually believed that you two would get together within some time."

Noi: "Wait really?"

Aphmau & Kawaii Chan: "Yup!"

Noi's face became red from embarrassment which made the girls laugh.

Aphmau: "Now I wonder who would purpose first?"

Kawaii Chan: "I believe Pierce Kun would."

While the two were talking, Noi thought about Pierce wanting Noi to marry him and his mind was racing about that idea.

Noi's mind: "M-Me m-marrying Pierce?!" "B-But would he even do that?!" "I mean he's better than that man my parents wanted me to marry..."

Aphmau: "Hey Noi, you alright?"

Noi snapped out of his thoughts and looked at the two.

Noi: "O-Oh Y-Yeah I'm fine!"

Kawaii Chan laughed a bit.

Kawaii Chan: "Are you thinking about Pierce Kun asking you to marry him?"

Noi's face became even more red.

Aphmau: "Oh?~" "Is that the reason why?~"

Noi didn't say anything, he just covered his face with his hands while the two were still teasing him.
