(This chapter is sorta like a Halloween special. Hope you enjoy it!)
Noi was in the kitchen enjoying his cookies, when he saw Pierce walking in with a box full of decorations.
Noi: “What are those for Pierce?”
Pierce: “It's for Halloween.”
Noi: “Halloween, what’s that?”
Pierce placed the box down and looked at Noi.
Pierce: “You don’t know what that is?”
Noi shook his head.
Pierce: “Halloween is a holiday when we wear costumes and every year we have a festival in the town.”
Noi: “What do you guys do at the festival?”
Pierce: “We have music there, a few games, and food.”
Noi: “Wow, that seems fun!”
Pierce: “It is, but you might have to keep an eye out for Ein around this time of year.”
Noi: “Why?”
Pierce: “He especially likes to pull lots of pranks on Halloween.”
Noi: “Oh okay.” “Anyways I wish I could dress up but I don’t have a costume.”
Pierce: “Maybe you could ask Garroth and Laurance to see if you could borrow one of their old ones?”
Noi: “Okay, I’ll head over to their place.”
Pierce: “I’ll come with you, since I need to bring these decorations to the town for the festival anyway.”
He grabs the box and heads towards the door with Noi following. Once they got to town, Noi headed to Garroth’s and Laurance’s place, he knocked on the door and was greeted by Laurance.
Laurance: “Hey Noi, what brings you here?”
Noi: “I was wondering if I could borrow a costume for the festival?” “Because I don’t have one.”
Laurance: “Sure no problem, come in.”
Once Noi entered, he was greeted by Garroth, who was putting up decorations.
Garroth: “Hey Noi!”
He stopped what he was doing and walked up to Noi.
Noi: “Hi Garroth, I hope I’m not bothering you.”
Garroth: “Nah dude it’s fine.” “Anyways, what brings you here?”
Laurance: “He needs a costume for the festival tonight.”
Garroth: “Oh why didn’t you say so, come on!”
Just like Kawaii Chan did, Garroth grabbed Noi’s arm and dragged him to a room. After that, he went to grab a few costumes, and as he was doing that, Laurance started to talk with Noi.
Laurance: “Don’t worry, I’m sure you’ll have a costume before tonight.”
Noi: “Thanks Laurance, I’m a bit nervous since this is my first time at a festival.”
Laurance: “Well there’s nothing to be nervous about, the festival is really fun.”
Noi smiled and soon after Garroth came back with a box full of costumes with his tail wagging in excitement.
Garroth: “I got the costumes!”
Laurance: “Now let's see what you could wear, Noi.”
After trying a few costumes and soon he found one that he likes, it was a simple jester costume with black and blue striped pants with a shirt with a pink and blue striped pattern with little bells on the sleeves and the hat was in the same colored pattern.
