Chapter 10

After that day, Noi still thought about those two kids in the dream he had.

Noi's mind: "Were those two really mine's and Pierce's?" "They did kinda look a bit like us, like the boy who seemed a bit older than the girl looked more like Pierce just had my eye color while the girl looked more like me but had Pierce's eye color."

Noi was lost in his own thoughts that he didn't hear Pierce talking to him till he tapped him on the shoulder.

Pierce: "Hey Noi you okay?"

Noi snapped out of his thoughts and looked at Pierce.

Noi: "Huh, oh Pierce what's up?"

Pierce: "I was wondering if you're feeling okay since you've been spacing out a lot recently."

Noi: "Well, I just had an odd dream when I fell asleep when we babysat Aph's kids."

Pierce: "What happened in the dream?"

Noi: "Well..."

Noi's mind: "I guess I could tell him about it."

He then explains how he saw two kids that looked like him and Pierce in his dream, how he saw an older version of both him and Pierce, and how the two kids called them dad and papa. After he was done explaining about the dream, it seemed to leave Pierce a bit confused.

Pierce: "That is an odd dream." "But how could that be since we're both males."

Noi: "Well I think I know how..."

Pierce: "Huh, what do you mean?"

Noi's mind: "I guess I had to tell him eventually."

Noi: "Well do you remember when you found me in the woods almost two years ago?"

Pierce: "Yeah why?"

Noi took a deep breath before he told Pierce a bit about his past.

Noi: "The reason why was because I ran away from my home..."

Pierce: "You ran away, but why?"

Noi: "It's because my parents were trying to get me to marry some random wealthy guy."

Pierce: "But why?"

Noi: "Because...I'm able to have kids even though I'm a boy."

After he said that he's able to have kids, Pierce was a bit surprised, then realized something.

Pierce: "Wait, does that mean that your parents were trying to use you?"

Noi looked down a bit before nodding slowly.

Noi: "Yes, they wanted me to make an heir for that guy." "But I didn't want that so some friends of mine helped me run away."

Pierce: "Were they daemos too?"

Noi: "Yeah, they used some magic to help me get far away from my home, which is how I ended up on the hill."

Noi's mind: " Even though he's a nice guy, I still can't tell him that I'm from another world just yet..."

Noi: "So that's why."

Pierce stayed silent after listening, which made Noi anxious.

Noi: "Pierce?"

He stayed quiet.

Noi: "Are you mad that I kept this from you?"

Pierce still didn't answer, which made Noi feel a bit sad.

Noi: "If you're mad at me, I can leave."

Before he could even move, Pierce pulled him into a tight hug. That caught him off guard.

Noi: "P-Pierce?"

Pierce: "Why didn't you tell me before?"

Noi: "You're not mad at me?"

Pierce broke the hug and looked at Noi with a calm yet confused expression.

Pierce: "Why would I be mad at you?"

Noi: "Well I thought since I kept this a secret from you and you would be mad that I did."

Pierce: "So that explains why you seemed nervous whenever anyone would ask you where you're from."

Noi let out a nervous chuckle.

Noi: "Yup, that's why."

Noi's mind: "Well that's kinda true anyway."

Pierce: "Well putting that aside, I'm glad you did run away from there."

Noi: "Huh why?"

Pierce: "Because then I wouldn't have met you."

He then pulls Nois' face toward him before pulling him into a kiss. After they broke the kiss, Noi smiled brightly at Pierce.

Noi: "Yeah I guess you're right, and I'm glad I did get to meet you."

Pierce smiled back and pulled Noi into another hug, which Noi hugged back. After that Pierce headed towards the door.

Pierce: "Shall we head down to the town?"

Noi tilted his head in confusion.

Noi: "Huh why?"

Pierce: "Because Kawaii Chan is about to open her new bakery."

Noi then remembers how Pierce mentioned how Kawaii Chan was planning to open a bakery in the town.

Noi: "OH I remember now!" "You mentioned that before."

Pierce nodded.

Pierce: "Yup, and today is her grand opening." "So we better get going."

Noi nodded and headed towards the door too. Once the two got into town they saw everyone right in front of a newly built building with a red ribbon tied around the door with Kawaii Chan in front of the door with scissors. She then started to talk.

Kawaii Chan: "Hey everyone thanks for coming today to my grand opening of my bakery!"

The bakery had pink walls with some cherry blossoms hanging next to some windows and on the roof there was a sign that said "KC's Bakery" with a picture of a cake and some cupcakes next to it.

Aphmau: "Wow Kawaii Chan this looks amazing!"

Katelyn: "She's right, looks nice."

Kawaii Chan: "Thank you two!" "I worked really hard on this with some help from Zane Kun!"

Zane just looked away with a bit of a red face. Kawaii Chan chuckled a bit before cutting the ribbon and opening the door.

Kawaii Chan: "Everyone welcome to KC's Bakery!"

Everyone clapped before entering the bakery to check out the inside and all the sweets. Noi and Pierce walked up to Kawaii Chan.

Noi: "Hey Kawaii Chan congrats on opening your new bakery!"

Kawaii Chan: "Thanks Noi Kun!" "I'm glad that my dream finally came true."

Pierce: "It seems you put a lot of effort into this."

Kawaii Chan: "Yup that's right!" "Now please enjoy any sweet you like!"

The two headed into the bakery. Everyone seemed to had enjoy Kawaii Chan's new bakery and now almost everyone comes to her bakery everyday which fills Kawaii Chan with joy.
