Today's the day we've all been dreading the day of moms funeral. "you ok? I asked Brianna. "I'm fine are you?" She asked "well I'm better than I could be I guess" after that we all drove to the funeral home. "Sam can you bring in the flowers for me" I asked Sam. "yeah no problem babe" Sam replied "thank you" I said. Sam walked out to the car and began bringing flowers in while Brianna ordered him around to put the flowers in the correct spots. "ok we're done now we wait." Brianna said. "we're leaving right after the funeral sorry but we have school and we missed the whole week." I explained to her. "ok, did you tell McKenna she's really gonna miss you." Brianna assured me. "not yet, actually where is she?" I asked "she's outside with danny" she told me. i walked outside and told McKenna what was gonna happen after the funeral, yeah she cried but she's got it. "babe they're starting"sam said to me. "ok I'm coming" I walked in seeing a lot of familiar faces but one stuck out the most it was this man that looked about 55 years old, 250 pounds, and no hair. wait a second that's my dad! I walked over to him and said "dad?" "carly?" He replied. "yes dad it's me Carly whose this" I asked looking at the women sitting next to him. "oh this is Chrissy my girlfriend." he said "nice to meet you I'm Carly." I introduced myself to chrissy. "hi I'm Chrissy and yeah I've heard a lot about you." she said. I gave my dad a hug and walked to Sam and I's seats. after the service they played whitney's favorite song. "gravity's a bitch" Brianna and I sang along. while Sam sat there laughing at us. the funeral ended so I gave my dad one last hug. "how's j-g (another nickname for joe)" he asked. "he's ok but the other day" he cut me off "yeah I know what happened" he said. "oh ok then" I said laughing Sam came running up behind me "can we please stay longer they have food I haven't ate anything all day." he complained causing me to laugh. Carly's dads whispered into my ear and said "take care of my baby girl or else". I nodded my head and smiled while watching a tear run down his cheek. "what's wrong dad" Carly asked. "m-my baby's growing up" he stuttered. "well we gotta go love you see you soon." carly yelled as we walked away.
