Andy Imagine

Since it is/was Andy's Birthday, I though I should write a little thing for it. Happy Birthday to the straightedge vegan that holds Fall Out Boy together!

Everyone that Andy knows and loves is gathered in the small apartment that the both of you shared. Today was his 35th birthday, and you wanted to make it special for him. You had asked some of his friends from XVX to take him on a small hike while you and everyone else was at the apartment, helping you set up for Andy's surprise party. Normally you wouldn't do this for anyone, but Andy was extremely important to you. If you could only see one person the rest of your life, it would be him.

You had Patrick in charge of food and drinks, since he was vegan (I honestly don't know. Correct me if I'm wrong) a few times in his life, he knew where just about all the good stuff was. Pete was in charge of any decorations since he could have Bronx help him out with them, to give it a childish theme to it. And Joe... well Joe was in charge of everything in between, like music, drinks, invited etc.. All you had to do was make sure they didn't mess anything up.

After a few hours of people arriving and making sure everything was set, you got a text from John, one of Andy's friends, that they were on their way up to the apartment. You grinned and yelled to everyone in the apartment to hide the best that they could. As everyone was doing that, you ran straight for the door to 'leave' a few seconds before he arrived. You wanted to make sure he wasn't suspicious of anything, so it could be a real surprise for his.

You closed the door of your apartment and jogged down the hall towards the stairs. Right when you were about to turn the corner, you bumped right into Andy. As you were stumbling back from the impact, Andy snaked his arm around your waist to save you from falling.

"Oh my gosh. Sorry, Y/N. Where you off to in such a hurry?" Andy asked you as he helped you back up on your feet.

"Oh, uh, my squad invited me out for a girls night out tonight." As you said this, you could see the heartbreak in Andy's face. It pained you to lie to him, but hopefully he'll understand why you did in a few minutes. He couldn't know about what you planned until he walked into the apartment.

You stepped out of Andy's way and walked down the stairs, saying goodbye to him as you did. But, as soon as you heard him and John start walking to the apartment, you scaled the stairs two at a time to see Andy's reaction to the surprise party you threw him. When you got to the door, no one had jumped out yet. They were waiting for your signal.

You tiptoed up to Andy, who was facing the other way talking to John about what just happened. When you got right behind him, you placed your hands on his shoulders, jumped up, yelled "Just kidding!". After those words left your mouth, everyone sprung out from their hiding spots and shouted 'surprise' at Andy.

Andy was startled when you jumped on him, but everyone jumping on him after really set him off. He stood in awe looking at all of the faces of his friends and family. Tears were threatening to escape his eyes because at what you did for him. You dropped down from his back to let him turn around and face you. Andy looked at you for a moment, then took you and spun you around in his arms. This is the happiest you've seen Andy in a long time. Sure, he was happy a lot of other times, but the joy surging off this man right now was indescribable.

"Thank you for not forgetting, Y/N."
"I would never forget your birthday, Hurley."

The rest of the party consisted of a lot of laughter, board games, and some people getting drunk. Andy was one o the drunks. He was drunk on the love and happiness you brought to him on a day that he thought everyone wouldn't care about.
