Chapter 61

"They're so slow... Erwin and the others.." Levi muttered as I brought him a cup of tea, "If I were to guess.. he's trying to take a shit but the shit just won't come out."

Eren laughed slightly, "Captain.. you're rather talkative today."

"So what if I am? Doesn't mean I was talking to you."

Levi finished his tea and but the cup down, he sighed in pain and rubbed his leg as he didn't want to bend down to reach his ankle.

"I'm sorry.. it's only because I made the wrong choice back then.." Eren said

"Oi what did I say?" I said, "It's not your fault."

Finally Erwin walked in with a few other people.

"Sorry for the delay." He said.

Erwin had walked in with a few new recruits, Eren seemed to know them.

"We've found the suspect who's believed to be the female titan." Erwin said.

He sat down and went on to tell us that he believed the female titan was a girl named Annie Leonhart.

The government were planning to execute me and Eren. Eren because he was unable to control his titan, and me because I was apparently 'out of control' on the mission.

Erwin went on to explain a plan of what would happen. We'd use a body double of Eren in the carriage with me. Meanwhile eren would lure out annie and try to capture her.

If that failed that's where the scouts would step in, and if that failed then as an absolute last resort it would be up to me.

I was the last resort as it would be hard to find a body double for me as the government know exactly what I look like.

I was sat in the carriage with Jean, one of Eren's friends which were serving as a body double.

I heard an explosion of Annie transforming. Jean stepped out of the carriage, I followed behind him.

"Who said you could move Yeager?!" An mp yelled.

"How about this damn wig!" Jean yelled taking the wig off and walking away.

The mp then turned to me as I stepped out.

"I know you're the real thing Ackerman!" He shouted at me.

"Might be.." I said walking straight past him and towards Levi.

Jean began suiting up then left to go help the scouts. Eren hadn't transformed yet, why?

I went and stood by Levi. He was wearing his jacket over his shoulders as he had a gun in his hand which he was hiding.

Erwin also put on his odm gear. All the mps pointed guns at us.

"Nile.. is your brain as lacking as that thin mustache of yours?" Levi asked.

I couldn't help but laugh a little at that.

"Remove your equipment Erwin!" Nile yelled.

"Are you that thick that you can't understand there are bigger problems?" I asked, "There's a titan in the city."

"Quiet before we shoot you dead!" Nile yelled.

I rolled my eyes.

We suddenly got word that the trap the scouts had laid out has failed.

"Ash it's on you now." Levi said.

I nodded and began walking towards where the trap is. I didn't have odm gear on so I'd have to transform if I wanted to get there faster.
